Hi, CPA here. An extension does NOT extend your tax due on 4/15, so the guy from Turbo Tax was right when he said you still have to pay your tax by 4/15. If you do not pay your tax due by 4/15, you will get late filing penalties and late payment penalties (+ interest). Filing an extension allows you to avoid those late filing penalties (but not the late payment penalties). However, the penalty for late payment may be reduced (depending on the jurisdiction) if you filed the extension! Lizzie when buying maternity pants buy a size down from normal. Most have tons of cotton stretch to them, and they will fall down since your belly and butt only hold them up. Honestly, old navy, maurices, and Amazon have been my maternity go to
