I absolutely love when Lizzie brings up anything current in politics or real world media that’s not celebrity or drama related. She has such strong, real, and valid perspectives. I know Ryland likes to keep the podcast as light and carefree as possible, but I really enjoy when Lizzie keeps it real.❤️
Yesss best parts of it is when she's real and doesn't just act ignorant like everything is perfect for ryland so he'd just rather not bring up problems of others or past things that could truly help someone get through something that they may have done before.
Love hearing updates on Jet and Max and yours and Shane’s new lives as Dads please talk as much as you want about these lil cuties 🤩👶👶💕 Also you and Shane are doing AMAZING!!!
As a recovering addict (6 years and counting) and single mother with no coparent I just wanna say thank you to Lizze. Your encouraging words really do bring tears to my eyes because some days are so hard 🥺 so thank you for being a light in my life (and countless others) even as strangers ♥️
you’re the strongest woman gf! having a child is hard!! but being a single mother AND a RECOVERING addict ( always gotta emphasis the account accomplishment) keep up the amazing work mama, your little one is blessed to have a strong beautiful mama ❤
I'm also a recovering addict/alcoholic bu not a mother (Never wanted kids. Got my tubes tied nearly 10 years ago. Also I have multiple health issues that would make me a high risk pregnancy if I were to become pregnant and also my birth control options were very limited due to my health issues so it really was the best thing I could have ever done was to get my tubes tied) but I can only imagine how hard it must be also being a mom in recovery! Kudos to you! And yes, Lizze is such an inspiration for those of us in recovery!
I'm not a mom and never plan on being one but I do adore hearing all about your boys. Please talk about them as much as you want to. I'm so happy for you and Shane!
As a twin mama i applaud you for having a thought out schedule!! Infants need one for the first few months especially! We had a standard schedule, then as they got older it changed and adjusted. ❤❤🎉
Sitting here with a sleeping 3 month old on my lap while my 2.5 year old runs around the house almost crying… thanks for keeping motherhood real! Love you both ❤ 42:53
@littlehedgehog11 yeah no. A mother is a very specific thing that ALWAYS includes BEING FEMALE...and him calling himself mom in a non satirical way is really fucking disgusting.
it’s your podcast, talk all you want about the babies! i’m a mom of a 3 year old girl & i love to hear about your kids & your journey as a new parent!! 💜 i also love hearing chris’ laugh & lizzie’s rage 😹💜
Me (a mom raw-dogging motherhood) watching this while my baby sleeps 🥲 thank you. I love the parent talk personally. Just brings some more relatability even if their circumstances are different. Parenting is hard!
I’m a mom of 2, my youngest is 6 months in a few weeks, so I genuinely love the baby talk and parent talk. I’m so happy to be on this journey with you too ❤
As a SAHM mom to a toddler and with my second on the way, all while trying to finish college… I NEEDED TO HEAR THAT “I SEE YOU” because it is hard and sometimes I feel unseen even though my boyfriend always thanks me for all I do.. it is not easy! YOU and SHANE ARE DOING AMAZING! ❤
Ryland.. the Mom shoutout was something I needed.. at home with my 5 month and 4 year old daughter while husband works 70 hours a week. Struggling a bit but I look forward to you guys every week ❤
New born mom to #4 here and just know I am currently on the struggle bus with you Ryland. It’s completely normal to feel so stressed out durning their crying but then feel guilty that you were stressed out about them crying once they’ve calmed down.
Thank you for saying that it is rewarding. My fiance and I have struggled with infertility and still trying to conceive. Truthfully, I hear wayyy to much negativity about being a parent. One of my sister's recently, flat out, told me not to have kids because it's so hard. It's so frustrating to never hear positive things about being a parent. I guess I'm just surrounded by negative people that don't appreciate what they have been given. Thus, I come to youtube to hear the wonderful things about having and raising children.
Thank you for showing the world the very real fact that besties don’t always agree, it’s not always peaches and cream, it’s ok t to be honest… and most importantly, at the end of the day, you support one another and have each others back. Relationships take work, and friendships aren’t an exception. You two water the seeds and gardens of your friendship in an authentic, loving, and refreshing way. Just needed to say that tidbit. ❤
I’m up in the middle of the night feeding my newborn while watching this and I feel seen. it can be hard but is so worth it. The days are long but years are short. ❤
Loving the supportive Hubby wearing Shane’s merchandise. I am laughing and crying because when you went to commercial I thought you were going to say sponsored by Tesla since Lizzie was saying “Black Tesla.”🤣
Ryland honey you are doing great! As a mother of two adult children that were 2 years apart. I tip my hat to YOU! I was in nursing and had two boys that were the embodiment of The Hulk and Spiderman. lol. It’s so fun. Enjoy the ride..it goes quickly😢
I love the baby talk, u see your excitement and takes me back to that same feeling. Rylan and shane you both are doing an amazing job. Never compare yourself a to other parents. I use to do that. Being a parent is the thoughest job and only you know whats best for your babies. ❤
I love the parent talk. It’s real, it’s relatable, and it’s your life. If some of the audience doesn’t jive with it then let them go, the real ones will stay🫶
I have a 5 year old and a 3 month old, the only thing that worries me about having a SET schedule with babies is the burn out factor- your more likely to get stressed out if things aren’t going to plan. That being said, whatever works for you and your babies is best! Like you said Ryland, you need to get SOME sleep through the night to even be able to care for them. So Team whatever works for you!! ❤
Being a first time mom is a trip fr. I feel like we are on this journey together lol I had my first baby on November 21st so our babies are so close in age. I love hearing about your experiences and the whole journey in general. I’m so happy for you and Shane. 💕
Ryland I have been waiting years to soak up you and Shane being parents! You are doing amazing. We all know those boys are safe and loved!! Btw I’m a mom lol
All you new moms have got this I promise! I had two under two by the time I was 21 and my husband was active duty military and I had zero family around… YOUVE GOT THIS! The way I always felt like a baddie bc I didn’t need anyone and pushed through… I promise you all will prevail and find your groove! ❤
So here for all of the mommy content! 🥰 Single momma with a 3 almost 4 year old, here. Sometimes it’s just nice to relate to other people. Makes it feel a little less lonely ♥️ Being a parent can feel all-consuming.
never apologize from the mom talk! i love it! i had my baby at 18 girlllll……i always felt like you had a caring mom energy as well as shane so now in a way i don’t feel that much alone anymore since im only 23 still kinda young lol not a lot of my friends have babies, its just a nice thing to know i can relate with. LOVEEE YOU ALLLL😚😚😚😚😚 17:13
Two things: Ryland, I'm a California girl and definitely grew up with Little Debbies! Lizze- When I was little a doctor told me I'm allergic to Red Dye 40 so I guess I dodged a bullet! 😹
I guess it depends on the California family because I obviously grew up in a hispanic household so Little Debbies we're not common at all in fact didn't try my first one til my 20's and to be quite frank their nasty as hell nothing worth wild so I will never understand the hype behind them. I’m not a mom but I love hearing about what it is like and just your lives in general! Talk about whatever you guys enjoy I know a lot of us will still enjoy, I know I do :)).
Your podcast makes my week. It's my favorite thing to watch while doing housework or when I finally get the chance to sit down after a long day. I'm a stay at home mom of 3 children as well as a full time college student working on my second degree. So yours and Lizzies comments of saying how we moms are doing a great job made me feel good. Mommying is hard sometimes. And whether you're a stay at home mommy, a working mommy, or a student mommy we are all just trying to do our best. ❤
Not a mom but I absolutely love all of the new mommy/baby content! It makes my heart happy seeing how you both light up when you talk about your boys ❤ Also I absolutely LOVE these food review videos. They are my favorite

Help. I looked it up and says it's deemed safe to consume and will only worsen symptoms of adhd and is only a problem if consumed in high quantities?? But that's what Google said but idkkk??
I had my first baby boy two weeks after you had your boys so I am loving all the baby talk cause it makes me feel not alone 😭 we are currently going through weeks 6-8 and my boy has been so cranky and refusing naps so it’s nice hear someone else going through it! Please don’t stop! Love you both ❤
Just wanted to say I'm loving the podcast, and I'm so happy that Ryland is back After his break. Not gonna lie, i was expecting him to be gone for longer, and i feared he might cancel it to spend more time with his family
It is SO normal to establish a schedule for your babies. I have two kids now, one is 4 months, and it’s been very hard to get him on a schedule. But in the end, it helps them when they get older because they know what to expect and when to expect it. (basically.) I have a 3 year old as well and he knows the schedule. Obviously bedtime has moved within 3 years since he stays up later, but it makes life so much easier. You’re doing great!!! You and the babies are learning together, like Lizze said♥️
My twins are 5! I love hearing about all your baby talk! It's my favorite thing! I have a new baby now, he's 5 months and it's nice to be "new" baby parents together hahah. Lizzie the best auntie
I’m a mom. I love the mom content and the whole podcast. My oldest is 13 and I still get opinions on schedules and how I parent. Don’t let it get to you too much! ❤
Absolutely loving u guys becoming parents around the same time as me 🥰 feel like were on the same journey! Its definitely not easy! The first few months was the hardest but slowly got a bit easier! Keep your head up! U guys are doing great 🥰
Ryland you’re doing amazing!! And lizze is such a great and supportive friend. Ryland you have all these anxieties about what you’re doing or what people are saying because you care and want to do the best for your kids! You’re doing great
I love baby talk! I’m a mommy and you are doing great!!! Listening to you guys feels like a fun chit chat with mommy friends. I don’t have any friends so being with you guys makes me feel happy.
I honestly love you and Lizzy and Chris!!!! Y'all give me life for the week!!!!! Thank you!!!!! Also no more red dye! Also.....so sorry.......gimme the app ooop flavor box thank you! 😂😂😂
And perhaps why she was also seeing Ryland and all the mom's side of things and how new parents are allowed to be a little crazy, especially new moms!😂😂😂

As someone who’s practically a single married mom of 4 because my hubby works so much, I really appreciate you calling out us moms that do it all alone ❤
