Using a light for under the brows medium for crease or lid and then a darker for the outer corner. I'm not very artistic and watching your videos on makeup helps me because I can watch you and (try) apply the eyeshadows. :) Very helpful. HUGS!

ive been putting on make up for years and i still cant make it look like the way girls do it in these tutorials. No offence but I don't think the look you've gone for in this video is the best I've seen, it looks more like how I do it but I do mine in colours and not browns and blacks and nudes.

I absolutely love and adore you. This is like the 3rd video of yours I've watched today and I feel like I FINALLY know what the hell I'm doing with makeup! I can draw on paper with shading and color, but I never felt confident with makeup. I feel like I've just faked it good enough that I didn't look like a damn fool or clown. After having my son I lost my way as far as who I was as a woman and not only a mother. I recently decided to embrace the full person that I am now that my son is older and I have the mental space to think, feel and be. Did I totally miss when she talked about the dark color, which I assume would have been the 4th color and is uses in the outer "V". She seemed really excited to show us color combo's and skipped right over that fourth color. ;) Oh and your tutorials are wonderful!

I know this video is old but can u pleeeeese tell me what nail polish you are using? Are they acrylic or gel? I have been trying to find a more natural polish with a hint of the natural color of real nails in general ..kinda like a hint of purplish or pink. I'm a nurse so a normal healthy person should have a light purple/pink color underneath the nail unfortunately I don't. Anyway I will stop rambling. Just please let me know if you can remember. which one would be better for someone with droopy eyelids I am trying to learn how to make my crease up higher but I really don't know what I'm doing Its boring just having a plain eyeshadow eyelid & I worry about putting anything under my eyes for frar of drawing more attention to my very deep set dark circles
I agree with all your brush choices except the MUG pointed crease....too scratchy... the MUG outer V brush works better OR the target brand soft pencil/crease brush is like $2 and works the best for me... very soft, but picks up dark colors beautifully for darkening the outer eye and blending out the crease... brush #4 (MUG soft crease) is the PERFECT blending brush... I have backups.... :)
This video made me realize how much work you do for us, truly. I wanted to say thank you for that. You always do tutorials and teach us, but this time it was like a real class, and it was QUALITY! I know this video is old but can u pleeeeese tell me what nail polish you are using? Are they acrylic or gel? I have been trying to find a more natural polish with a hint of the natural color of real nails in general ..kinda like a hint of purplish or pink. I'm a nurse so a normal healthy person should have a light purple/pink color underneath the nail unfortunately I don't. Anyway I will stop rambling. Just please let me know if you can remember. which one would be better for someone with droopy eyelids I am trying to learn how to make my crease up higher but I really don't know what I'm doing Its boring just having a plain eyeshadow eyelid & I worry about putting anything under my eyes for frar of drawing more attention to my very deep set dark circles
I agree with all your brush choices except the MUG pointed crease....too scratchy... the MUG outer V brush works better OR the target brand soft pencil/crease brush is like $2 and works the best for me... very soft, but picks up dark colors beautifully for darkening the outer eye and blending out the crease... brush #4 (MUG soft crease) is the PERFECT blending brush... I have backups.... :)
This video made me realize how much work you do for us, truly. I wanted to say thank you for that. You always do tutorials and teach us, but this time it was like a real class, and it was QUALITY! This video addressed so many issues we have about doing great eye make-up, and a lot of people like to do tutorials, but they don't want to share how they know and break it down, or maybe they don't know how.
