      wait till you hear more about it, like whats in her pupils or that the paint has no pigments... or that the textil fiber is from cactus and don't last long (15-30 years) and it even survived without a scratch a bomb attack in front of it in 1921.
      Fun fact. Columbus ship names where: Santa Maria, Pinta and Nina... which in spanish can be translated to "St. Mary painting the girl."
      God gives us many signs... we just often don't want to see them.

      Google her to find much more. For example, the stars on her blue mantle match the pattern of stars as they would have appeared from the perspective of looking down to Earth, at noon on the day/time of the apparition 500 years ago. In addition, it plays a very beautiful harmony when set to musical notes, which if a few were off would not be harmonious. Many believe the heavenly music St. Juan Diego heard near the hill, that drew him up in the first place, was this very melody.

      Please come home to the kingdom of God on earth the holy Catholic Church which IS Jesus Christ himself on earth his mystical body! The holy Catholic Church is the ONLY CHURCH there is. Protestant’s belong to 40,000+ man made CULTS which are Pagan and anti Christ. To reject the holy Catholic Church is to reject Jesus Christ himself! Watch the warning or illumination of conscience by Christine Watkins. The Papacy can NOT be destroyed. Don’t call protestant’s Christian! (there’s ONLY ONE CHURCH). Following padre Pio who show’s the true beauty of Catholicism which is everyone’s true home! God bless.

      Did Mary remain a virgin?
      The Bible does not teach that Mary was ever-virgin, or a perpetual virgin. Rather, it shows that Mary had other children.-Matthew 12:46; Mark 6:3; Luke 2:7; John 7:5.
      Was Jesus’ virgin birth the “Immaculate Conception”?
      No. According to the New Catholic Encyclopedia, the doctrine of the Immaculate Conception “designates the belief that the Virgin Mary was free from ORIGINAL SIN from the very beginning of her life, i.e., from her conception. The rest of mankind inherits a human nature infected with sin . . . But Mary was, by a unique GRACE, preserved from ever contracting original sin.”
      By contrast, nowhere does the Bible teach that Mary was free from original sin. (Psalm 51:5; Romans 5:12) In fact, Mary gave evidence that she was sinful when she presented the sin-atoning sacrifice that the Mosaic Law required of mothers. (Leviticus 12:2-8; Luke 2:21-24) The New Catholic Encyclopedia states: “The Immaculate Conception is not taught explicitly in Scripture . . . [It] is a judgment that the Church has made.”
      How should we view Mary?
      Mary set a fine example of faith, obedience, humility, and deep spirituality. She is among the faithful ones whom we do well to imitate.-Hebrews 6:12.
      Yet, despite her unique role as the mother of Jesus, the Bible does not teach that we should worship Mary or pray to her. Jesus did not single out his mother for special honor, nor did he tell his followers to do so. In fact, outside of the Gospel accounts and a single reference in the book of Acts, Mary is not mentioned in the remaining 22 books of the so-called New Testament.-Acts 1:14.
      The Scriptures provide no evidence that Mary received special attention-let alone veneration-by first-century Christians. Rather, the Bible teaches Christians to worship only God.-Matthew 4:10.
      The Bible teaches that Jesus had a number of siblings
      The only acceptable way to gain access to the “Hearer of prayer” is through Jesus Christ. (Psalm 65:2) Jesus plainly taught: “I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one can come to the Father except through me.” (John 14:6, JB) Mary was not invited to share this responsibility and serve as an intermediary. If Mary had been granted this unique privilege, surely Jehovah would have made it known.-Hebrews 4:14-16; 1 John 2:1, 2. The Rosary and recitation of memorized prayers originated outside of professedly Christian lands. Praying to Mary ignores what Jesus taught, that “no one can come to the Father except through [him].” Thus, the Rosary and Mary are not God’s way to approach Him in prayer. The Rosary does not contribute to such meaningful prayers. Jeannine observed that reciting “Hail Mary's” on the Rosary “became unconsciously repetitious.” Repeating the same words on the Rosary did not bring her closer to God. Said another former Catholic nun, Lydia: “I did not find anything instructive in reciting the Rosary. I would have preferred reading books on religion.” Repetitious prayers serve no useful purpose, since God has promised: “Before they call, I will answer.” (Isaiah 65:24, NAB; Matthew 6:7, 8, 32) Almighty God appreciates and answers petitions that are said with the right motive and that come from an honest and sincere heart. The Rosary does not help a person to approach God with meaningful, heartfelt prayers.-Psalm 119:145; Hebrews 10:22.

    It is also said that the tilma maintains a constant temperature of the human body at 98.6F degrees. Her eyes, when seen at high magnification contains faces and the scene of when San Juan Diego showed the image to the amazed Spanish bishops. No human hand could have painted such a small image on rough cloth like a tilma. The fact that the tilma has remained intact for nearly 500 years when it’s only supposed last for 20-30 years only adds to the divine mystery. The musical notes that the stars create indeed sound like celestial music. The roses that San Juan Diego was asked to pick up as proof were Castilian roses, which were native to Castile, Spain where Bishop Zumárraga was from and were not native to Mexico nor did any rose grow in that region in December.

      10 Listen, daughter, and pay careful attention:
      Forget your people and your father’s house.
      11 Let the king be enthralled by your beauty;
      honor him, for he is your lord.
      12 The city of Tyre will come with a gift,[d]
      people of wealth will seek your favor.
      13 All glorious is the princess within her chamber;
      her gown is interwoven with gold.
      14 In embroidered garments she is led to the king;
      her virgin companions follow her-
      those brought to be with her.
      15 Led in with joy and gladness,
      they enter the palace of the king.
      16 Your sons will take the place of your fathers;
      you will make them princes throughout the land.

      That's right. The moon represents Mexico, in Nahuatl the word means "the navel of the moon." Dancing was the way of praying for the ancient Mexica. The stars coincide with the celestial vault of the year of the apparitions. Guadalupe is what the Spanish understood from the name that Juan Diego, who spoke Nahuatl, told them, although apparently it was “coatlaxopeuh” which is pronounced “quatlasupe”, which means “the one who crushes the snake”. Do you not know God is of the Living? For He is the God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob?
      And that the prayer of a righteous man avails much?
      If they people in Heaven are alive, which they are, and that only those redeemed by His Blood are in Heaven, as sanctified and righteous, then certainly Mary, Theotokos (God bearer) is righteous. Her prayer is especially of value for she is the Queen Mother, of the True King Jesus.
      Like Bathsheeba, the Queen Mother of Solomon, Mary enters the King's Court for the Queen is highly regarded and favored by her Son, the King.
      And, do you not know the Prayers of the Saints ascend to God, particulary the one True Mediator, Christ.
      He allows prayers of the saints, the righteous in Heaven to pray for us and he uses those saints as intercessors for His Glory and Will, to mediate matters of His Kingdom.
      Please dive deep into Scripture and History before commenting. And, if a mistake is made, ask forgiveness and seek to reconcile.

      I have a unique perspective on this: I was homeschooled and my children are homeschooled, but my husband is an assistant principal at a public school.
      Seeing the struggles my husband goes through to minister to the kids he works with has been very enlightening. He works with a fairly conservative school district, so in his case, an "agenda" isn't coming from the top down. His struggles have to do, in large part, with parents. There are a lot of parents who have pretty much given up their authority over their children, and the public school is the most consistent moral authority those children have in their lives. It's not merely a "top down" problem, it's also a "grassroots" one. There's a lot of "orphans" in the schools, kids who have been pretty much abandoned. (So for pity's sake, CARE ABOUT YOUR LOCAL SCHOOL BOARD ELECTIONS).
      On the other hand, homeschooling has its drawbacks as well. As I mentioned earlier, I was homeschooled growing up for much of my education and attended a small Catholic college (Newman guide approved) with several other homeschool alumni. Several of us ended up in a really bad situation with a manipulative and abusive campus minister (emotional, financial, and sexual abuse...it was a dumpster fire); a situation that I still wonder if we were just too sheltered and naive to see clearly. He said all the right things: preferred Latin prayers, talked about Aquinas, had us do liturgy of the hours. This man recruited homeschooled women especially (to the point we made jokes about it) to his ministry team. I think that it's definitely possible to overly shelter your children to the point that it makes them vulnerable to very bad people once they're on their own.
      So now I'm between those two worlds, seeing the porn and drug addictions my husband fights at his job on one hand, and living with some pretty serious scars I'm still not sure if homeschooling set me up for on the other.
      All this to say...there's no magic bullet when it comes to education. You have to look at your family as an individual case and go through the whole thing with a heck of a lot of prayer and discernment. Anything else is folly. Homeschooling is the right choice for us now, but I can't say it will be I'm the future.

    • @santiagovela6364
      @santiagovela6364 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@JP2GiannaT homeschooling has its issues, but I believe they can be solved by the parents. I know I am only a highschooler but I would say that the perfect scenerio for children (in the near future) is for parents to form a mini "home-school" group with other parents, and have them study from the same material (from a Catholic homeschooling program) and a personal Catholic teacher. Lets say 3 families minimum with several children near the same ages so that they can socialize during their school days. After school have them play sports or do other activities where they can socialize and stay fit. Then when they reach high-school send them to a Catholic school and by then they'll be prepared to detect any of the bs that society will want to sell them.

      @@oldschoolbussdriveComo dice el dicho, nunca falta la mosca en el plato, quien le dijo a usted que para nosotros los católicos Maria es dios, que ustedes así lo piensen es su problema de ustedes los protestantes, pero para nosotros es la madre de Dios y como madre de Él la respetamos, además si cristo es Rey, ella es Reina aunque les duela, además Dios es celoso de otro Dios, no de una imagen, su palabra es bien clara cuando nos dice en éxodo 20, 2: Yo soy yahve, tu Dios, que te sacó de Egipto.
      No tendrás otros dioses fuera de mí.
      No te harás escultura ni imagen alguna, ya sea de la tierra, cielo, o en las aguas, etc. No te postraras ante ellas ni les darás culto, porque yo Yahve, tu Dios, soy un Dios celoso.
      Vemos pues que la palabra es bien clara, que Dios es celoso de otro Dios, por eso nos dice no tendrás otros dioses fuera de mí y nosotros los católicos sólo tenemos un sólo Dios y es Jesucristo, las imágenes de todos los santos que tenemos en nuestra iglesia simplemente son personas que entregaron su vida por Cristo y dieron a conocer su palabra en el mundo siendo un ejemplo para los demás y como tal merecen un respeto u homenaje, pero como santos, no como Dioses, pero eso los protestantes no lo quieren entender, que las imágenes no son malas porque no es literal, porque si así fuera Dios no hubiera mandado a hacer la serpiente, ni hubiera aceptado el templo de Salomón, porque tenía imagenes y tampoco en nuestros tiempos hubiera imágenes porque estaríamos desobedeciendo a Dios, por eso digo que no es literal, sino creer que una imagen ya sea de una persona, animal, astro o cosa es Dios, entoces eso es ser un idolatra, a eso se refiere Dios.

      The Catholic Vatican is a Serpent their god is Lucifer who got kicked out of heaven and trapped Gods angel in a host body called the flesh and now theres a war inside Flesh (earthly) vs Spirit (Heavenly)
      Only Jesus can save us by Accepting we are sinners and repenting and Accepting the Free Gift
      Worship of the Virgin is Death
      Jesus saids worship me in Spirit and Truth
      We are both Good and Evil,,Spirit and Flesh,,of Heaven and the Earth only Jesus can heal making you One/whole
      There's a Good you and a Bad you
      Eph 2:13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
      Eph 2:14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
      Eph 2:15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
      Eph 2:16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:

      @@Spiritof76Catholic these are all lies. If you were just read your Bible, you will know that God does not share his glory with anyone. God chose a woman at that time, so that Jesus can step down from heaven and be born with flesh and become our savior Mary has no title she was just chosen.- if this is so true why don’t you make Moses🎱 😄 up there like Mary what about Noah that he sacrifice and made a giant boat by himself and his family what’s wrong with you? People don’t you read the Bible there is so many godly people in the Bible I love all of them, we are human and all who are born our sinners that’s why we need a savior and that is Jesus Christ and yes Mary is a sinner. Also, she falls in that crowd to gory.-God even said there is no one righteous no, not one

    There is much more to say about the image so google it for more amazing information. One thing I learned was that when Mary told Juan Diego her name to tell the bishop it was an Indian name that meant the one who crushes the serpent. The serpent was one of the main Aztec gods. But when he told the bishop, it sounded to the bishop like Guadalupe. That was a shrine in Castile, Spain where the 14:35 bishop came from and the roses she told Juan Diego to gather were Castilian roses that were not native to Mexico and would not have been blooming in December. So in this way Mary sent a private message to the bishop, as well as her image on the tilma.

    We did a first Spanish mass at our Cathedral today, in Marquette, Mi. Our Bishop said entire Mass in Spanish, it was a privilege to serve the Mass once again.

    I am Mexican. It is really a shame that Christopher does NOT know anything about the History of the Spanish conquest! They were sent by a devoted Catholic Queen ( Isabel l). She sent not only soldiers but also priests and lay people. The spanish mixed with the mexicans . They married, firmed families. They founded universities and schools. They didn’t just abused women (some did and got in trouble). Mexicans were and are not ashamed of being mestizos. Better that than being massacre like the native US and Canadians by the English. Those were and are still are the pirates who kill and abuse people. Christopher should stick to teaching the Theology of the body that he has been studying well for so long.

      Sounds like you’re a liberal. The Native American death toll in the US was caused by diseases like smallpox, which according to some estimates had an 80-90% fatality rate in Native American populations.

    What a wonderful explanation, from a person not educated in the cult of Mary. The Virgin Mary is an interesting figure, from every point of view, and studying her is fascinating.
