- Today Unbox Karnataka explores The original Brahmin's Coffee Bar/Idly hotel which was established in 1965 and located in a busy neighborhood near Shankar Mutt, in Shankarpura. It is constantly crowded with its devoted clientele. The biggest draw is Idly-Vada and Coffee. And it was not just me, I was accompanied by Vinay (What's On My Plate) & Renukesh (Eat Travel Capture) for this food vlog.
Idly will be Hot, Soft and Fresh; whereas Vada is Crispy, Munchy & Delicious. Chutney gives it a much richer flavor. Also one must try the best Uppitu and Kesaribath they serve, ending up the breakfast having robust flavored satisfying Coffee. Watch the video to savour the best breakfast virtually.

I started having idly when it was Rs. 2 but today it's Rs. 18 per Idly. Chutney is awesome. There is another thing about the owner. He takes care of his staff very well. He trains his staff to be multi tasking. An MBA student can do a project of people management and how to develop the trust of the customer.
After long time i seeing Adiga the owner of Brahmins coffee very good taste and hygiene but very expensive, even he has car modified taste good human being sir

One of the best places to have South Indian food. Have visited a lot of eateries when I visited Karnataka and this was amongst the best.And that’s saying a lot as Karnataka has such excellent eating options and all the eateries I had food while in K’taka were excellent.
