I have the Ertiga GL A/T 2022 model. My first and only car, still running strong up to this day. I was a new driver at 38 years old. I accidentally hit the gate of our parking garage while doing reverse parking and it was only 3 weeks old. It was our wedding anniversary and I wished to drive my wife and kids to somewhere nearby. Everything was ruined. It was a good learning experience though. Our Ertiga is a reliable workhorse, not too flashy like its XL7 sibling and other MPVs. But it gets the job done. I learned to drive with it, and also learned how maintain it. Took it to Metro Manila occasionally, Tagaytay and Pampanga. Whenever I get home after a long drive, I would tap the hood of my Ertiga, telling him that he did a great job carrying me and my family to our destination.
Owner of an Ertiga GLX here! While it’s a simple car, it’s incredibly practical, and the riding comfort is absolutely majestic-especially compared to my wife’s Mitsubishi Xpander, which faced numerous electronic issues and squeaky dang brake pads despite being few months old. This is the third Suzuki I’ve owned, following the Dzire and Jimny (which I sold with another dealer), and I couldn’t be happier with my choice now (Ertiga 2024).
True my ertiga is a pratical car. Good memories and adventures with my family. The work horse car. And still has the ace of having exempted for coding.
Let me add my own comments here. First of all, I can see the real difference between petrol and hybrid versions in part of acceleration and feelings. Hybrid version is more “active” when you press onto pedal. As the second point, anyway, the car is overpriced, because it is too cheap inside and outside as well. It is the worst Japanese car manufacturer in a part of interior design and quality of materials used. Anyway, this car is OK if you needn’t any significant acceleration and if you are concentrated onto the road instead of the very cheap interior.Additionally, the vent holes on the ceiling is really obsolete and really non-healthily technical solution for the small cars, but Suzuki still use it. As the summary to the topics above, this car is good for the big family of the non-experienced driver (who hadn’t any experience with the good cars). The worst problem of this car is the variator in the pair with very weak engine. IMHO
Nissan badly needs to release an e-power Livina to compete with Suzuki Ertiga Hybrid/XL7 Hybrid. People would also first opt to buy a Rush, Avanza/Veloz, BR-V or even the original Xpander/Cross before considering the current Livina which is just a rebadge of Mitsubishi Xpander. Nissan also needs to release the NV100 to the Philippine market but add a turbo engine so it can keep up on Philippine expressways. We are getting flooded with Kei-Van imports and these dumb car corpos in the Philippines still refuses to capitalize. Even Suzuki is too blind to see that they need to bring back the Carry microvan but with better newer features. Naluluge na kumpanya nila dahil ayaw nila ipaglalabas yung mabenta sa Pinoy... Toyota lahat ng segments meron sila kaya kopo nila market...
All though the interior and exterior,.Is looking cool for me 🤘😎🤘 As well as it's safety features,.And what it can also give to the market My slight downer,.IS THAT IT HASN'T GOT! Spread sensing door locks That's why in order for your safety,.You have to manually lock it So? This WILL BE MY NIT! Picking as well as my slight downer for this cool auv/apv But nevertheless,.The decision will still be the buyer! If he/she will still go for a car like this 👍 But not for me,.But instead besides the #Pricyness of the car I'm still going to go for it Since it's also fully equiped too 👍😉👍 Plus points,.For the comfortably as well as the entertainment that it can give 👍😉👍
Reupload! Excuse the De Ja Vu, but if you check the AutoDeal App, the Suzuki Ertiga Hybrid tops out at P1,178,000 for the GLX variant.
