Sir i have very urgent questions I have a 20 years, mentally retarded sister. I have already lost my mom. My father goves 30k everything to the care centre for hrr treatment and stay. What will happen to her whrn my father leaves the world and i ( being the sister) refuse to take care of her financially or emotionally. Will the Indian law force me to be her gaurdian for life?
Kindly make a video on the employment of Mentally ill people in the light of the RPWD Act 2016 section 34 provided reservations to person with mental illness which is not implemented in group A services by DOP&T, UPSC etc. Identification of the post for person with mental illness is not scientifically did by Central Government in 2021.

It is not the diagnosis of Schizophrenia, which enables for disability certificate
