I have 2018 Indian Chieftain with my 65000 miles on it. It great and way ahead of time bike on the market. With all LED lights, mono rear air shock, power windshield, and push roads Thunderstroke 111 stage 2 cams, it my absolute cruising experience. Top ten! This new Powersplus Chieftain with way more technology then mine and better wind protection then Challenger is everything you need for the rest of your life, period. And OHC engine, with operating 7200 RPMs is performance cruiser ( bagger) winner!!
I am curious of whether or not the radar, hill assist breaking, blind spot and other safety/rider upgrades will be able to be added to our older Pursuits/Challengers? Good stuff Brother!👊 I will never trade in my 22, but damn Indian makes it hard not to want the new Pursuit/Challenger? Time to save money and start rationing meals, pause all driving of cars, and get the wife to ride a bicycle to work, no clothes shopping,, and turn off the electricity and go to candles and wood stove...😜
@@dysfunctionalveteranese4905 hahahahaha.... I think it would take a lot to retro fit all the new stuff! Unless I didn't see the sensors..lol idk 😐 😕 We need more money!
I'm very concerned about the future of the Thunderstroke motor. Some people don't want the Power Plus motor. The bugs should've been worked out by now, but you can put all the bells, whistles, and exhaust on a liquid cooled Power Plus and it will never sound better than an air/oil cooled Thunderstroke. So just like Victory they'll got with 2 engines for a year or two, then suddenly the Thunderstroke will be gone. On that day I'll be very, very sad.....
I always liked the Chieftain as much as the Challenger. I like the raked front end. That weak 116 was a no go for, especially because the 108 was great. Now it's a tough call. Am I wrong, or does it look like the Chieftain is on the Challenger chassis now, with the frame mounted fairing swapped out for the fork mounted? It still looks cool, I just loved the front end of the old Chieftain. Reminded me of David Mann pics from old Easyriders mags I grew up with.
This announcement is killing me. My 2022 Dark Horse Icon is sweet... and its still like new. Now my brain is gonna hurt trying to fight off the temptation to trade it in.
The 112 Power Plus Roadmaster will be a very worthy replaced with my Victory Cross Country Tour.

In the case of slow speed maneuvers, the rear brake is used to stabilize the motorcycle. Will the new linked brakes screw this up?
@@jlducey I'm in talks about interviewing an engineer on that topic

I can’t wait to test ride that new Chieftain. Will be awesome if they would do the power plus engine on the new super chief RT.
Well done Fish! Keep dropping Videos, and keep dropping that sexy music.
@@TheGoodbabies will do thank you!
So the CVO has Brembo brakes?
Finally!!!!!!
I prefer the thunderstroke engine air cooled 116
Theres still a rumor floating around a 122 Thunderstroke is coming. That's what I'm waiting for. Thats 2000cc
Their press release stated that the stage 1 air cleaner and the slip-ons added power. Any numbers confirmed yet? 130 hp? I'm down!!
Nice
😊
Harley calls it RDRS, Indian calls it smart lean technology
I use the terms interchangeably.
Have you been check for adhd.
