Can't even have a normal party in the Vtubing scene man... If I go to twitchcon 2025 I'm just gonna drink bottled water. Credit to FalseEyeD for the extra party info: th-cam.com/video/_xtSSQCApAs/w-d-xo.html And here are some stream highlights of mine: th-cam.com/video/0V7VMrUbq4s/w-d-xo.html
For the record these so-called "exclusive" or "VIP" parties are the most dangerous. It gives a false sense of safety. You're surrounded by many people you don't actually know or normally hang out with irl. And while they claim multiple layers of "security", it means nothing when security isn't actually paid enough to care. If you are going to party, stick to small groups, like friend groups with people you know or at least recognize.
@@pancake1751 If they went to the party with that size they most likely had face coverings as to not leak their identity. Also, the party wasn't 350 originally, that was just the venues size I think somewehre in the video it said something about 30 people being on the rsvp list, not sure. These 30-ish people most likely wouldve been other v-tubers who have a similar want of not wanting to show face or identity so they would've trusted the group
VIP parties are normally facades, to many unknowns. It's so much easier to go out with your friends to a smaller bar. If you are making connections for your twitch/youtube then do that privately in DM's don't go to parties to try and earn opportunities. Smaller bars means the bartender has eyes on everything on on and its a much safer envirnment than these rooftop parties.
the point is to make connections. there aren't many other chances to meet other steamers irl. if you want a collab/be friends you have to exclusively talk though DMs which isn't the same as in person. security should be better with how much cash they have especially with vtubers who hide their identity
Yep. Had to go to some "big" parties due to work and I was always advised to pay double attention to everything. Parties where there's people with a lot of money tend to have higher risk I think, since they're the most likely to buy silence or use influence to shut you out.
Probably another VTuber Roofied them or someone high up on Twitch (to get access), it's the best place to do it when you think about it, no one knows your face there and you can easily not give your real name/user/identifiable thing to trace you back.
I hate this idea. Validating people letting fear run their lives isn't healthy. Situations like this suck but they happen in every community. If you are going to any after hours social event you have to protect yourself. No one has your back like you do. Take care of yourselves out there.
@@oompalumpus699 That's the question though. My take on what might have happened is that the person in contact with this guy was 16 or 17. They would be considered miners but also above the age of consent, which would explain why he didn't get any charges. And no, I'm not trying to advocate for him lol
People have no idea how easy it is to get drugged. There's actually tik toks where bar workers "drug" their co workers and regular customers using a piece of candy. It's just a normal piece of candy not drugs but she uses it to show the dangers and how easy it is to drug people's drinks. You basically need a drink cover and to keep your drink in your hand at all times. I don't drink in public spaces or at most parties but I still have a drink cover attached to my bag in case I do so even at places they're not handed out I can have one.
I was drugged too once, i thought for years that i just drank a lot cause i did but i was also drugged. You just put a pinch of salt into a drink that is obviously not salt and is not visible at all inside a drink. Once you drink it you are knocked out for the night and that's the better outcome.
100% this. My personal opinion is that no matter how strong the security folks would still find ways to bring illicit substances into the event, and it's stupid-easy to taint a drink. Blerpy should absolutely be held responsible for not providing drink covers, but I also don't think more stringent security would have made this event safer in any material way. If y'all want an example, just look at concerts: illicit substances are not allowed at those events either, yet somehow folks still manage to sneak in mary jane, ecstasy, etc anyway. My point is, bad actors will find a way regardless of security or other barriers, and the safest option for events like these will always be to go with a group of trusted friends and use the buddy-system. Thank goodness those drugged Vtubers made it out of there "ok" because they were with friends!
The other good tip is to not get completely wasted around strangers. No amount of pre planning is going to help if you get hammered. Because sober you made those plans, and hammered you is bad at following directions, even basic ones.
Yeah, back in university, I knew a handful of people that it's happened to at parties. Even at parties where they knew almost everyone there, and they had friends doing their best to keep an eye on them. It just takes a split second of not looking at your drink for someone to spike it.
Yeeeeeeeep. I have had someone spike my drink before, when I was at a college party. I was tripping hard and almost got shot by a neighbor because I mistakenly broke into his house while I was in an altered mindset. @@styxogawa2104

Big parties are inherently degenerate, so degenerate behavior is going to occur no matter who is there. Lay out rotten meat, you're gonna attract all sorts of vermin.
Exactly this, just assuming that "random people" got in and they started spiking everyones drink - or maybe just one of 350 registered guest smuggled in roofies on their body (security cannot strip search every guest, asking them to spread their legs and cough). Unless they have security footage which I doubt they wont find out who it was. She got roofied which sucks but I think the person to blame is the person who drugged her not the party host.
@@momentora9466 Or crazy thought we can blame BOTH, because there is no one badguy here. The party is negligent, they didn't provide drink covers, they didn't tell security to check bags and have people empty pockets, and they didn't make sure that the invite QR codes were one time use only
I know people who have gotten roofied and even POISONED at parties and social gatherings they went to and they told me their stories. This is exactly why I NEVER drink ANYTHING provided at the social gatherings and just bring my own stuff if possible. I’m so sorry to Emuuki and other creators who got roofied and they should honestly sue Blerp for safety violations…
the scary part is you dont even need to drink anything someone could have used fentanyl earlier in the day and had bunch on their shirt or something and you brush up against them and poof same effects
I've spoken to a few doctors who said 90% of those who go to hospital claiming they were drugged just reacted to alcohol worse than usual due to not eating, getting dehydrated etc but I guess you have to believe friends when they claim they were.
I used to work in a night club. you'd be surprised how easy it is to get stuff into venues. We basically frisked people going into my old venue and we would catch all kinds of stuff. I've found GHB in mouthwash bottles and even eyedrops. a half assed bag check isnt gonna cut it. and I've gotten utility knives past concert and even Disney Security (I carry for cutting stuff and forget its in my bag sometimes) and they were kinda thorough. it sucks, but some venues try and look out for you, but you need to watch out for yourself too. If you come together, you leave together. watch your drinks and don't take drinks from strangers.
yeah its ridiculous to think security can even do anything against someone bringing substances. they could search a whole bag perfectly and still miss a few pils slipped into the inside of the fabric through a missing stitch for example, or a bag of powder hidden in your sweater cuff through a missing inside stitch. very clear this community has no real experience with recreational use or hiding it. my buddies used to get G into venues by putting it in contact lens cases, and we got tons of alcohol into a festival by hiding it literally inside the cushions of a camper van, and a box of other stuff inside the hollow roof rack pipes, more stuff inside of a disassembled alarm clock that was plugged in and working.. you cant realistically expect security to find any of that
This particular thing is not a Vtuber issue, it's a woman issue. I highly doubt any of the people at those parties was drugged because of being a Vtuber, they were targeted because they're women.
This happens at every twitchcon, im surprised this is the first time its being mentioned. A few friends (specifically female) have recounted to me about being invited to sketchy parties and being offered drugs at these events, its littered with predators.
It's really suspicious if the same group of people prowling on women was at last years and this years party. And Blerpy just kind of not doing anything about it, and only doubling down saying contradicting statements. I don't know but sounds to me like they're in on it with that group. Just a theory tho not a fact. I'm glad everyone was safe though and had friends with them.
whos to say this group of people arnt with blerpy ? or blerpy isnt with them.. if they are there 2 times in a row it has somthing to do with him. this kinda shit is how people get sex traffic
@@CurseOrGame Oh it is 100% a traffic group. They used a stronger effecting drug that paralyzes the body, that is an expensive drug, and most likely a drug that is hard to get their hands on. This party needs to be investigated, and those people apart of that group need to be found.
Maybe i was roofied because thats what i experienced at a "friend"s bday party. I was completely limp but concious. Then my now ex friend and her friend started taking off my clothes. They were planning to assualt me but another friend showed up and fought them off and carried me to a corner before blocking me off until my parents arrived. And yeah im a male.
Thats genuinely shocking. I thought as a male I'd be more safe from stuff like this, but it seems it does still happen. I'm sorry you went through this man, it sounds rough

@@TcGroenestege it sucks but that is a common thing people think. For the most part men are safer from it, but that just makes the bad actors who want to assault them have to be sneaky. I had a girl do this to me, spiked my drink with Valium or Xanax, waited til I blacked out and then did whatever she did. Someone else walked in on her while it happened, otherwise I never would have even know. I just woke up the next morning mostly naked in a bed I didn't recognize, completely bewildered as to what had happened. With 350 people there's bound to be a lot of weirdos.. and check the bags? Yes but how easy can you hide a little zip bag on your body?? My question is how can a vtuber that wants to remain anonymous feel safe with 350 people in one party?? @@Kits-sama It's sad, but I have to agree. Ppl might call it victim blaming, but to me, that's not blaming the victims, it's being pragmatic and realistic. Of course in an ideal world you should not have to worry about anything like that at all, and of course whoever did that shit is the one to blame, but nevertheless the whole situation is like saying you shouldn't need to watch out for traffic when you're crossing the road properly because the cars should just not run over you.... Yeah, they shouldn't be running the red light and hitting a pedestrian, but being right won't change the fact you're the one getting ran over by a car, and it won't cure your wounds once it's already happened. Keeping yourself safe should be the priority, rather than expecting to not be exposed to danger just because it should not happen. Unfortunately it does, and punishing the culprit later won't undo the harm either way. Not going to parties hosted by someone you don't really know, with hundreds of ppl of which you know maybe a dozen is probably the easiest way to not put oneself in danger for no reason.
Dude, vtubers suck. Take it from a couple of vtubers who have been doing it since 2021. The entire community is a circlejerk, and the smallest hint of "bigger numbers" makes even the nicest person a complete asshat. Hell, we almost got swept up by the parasitic nature of that community before we took a step back and just stopped trying to be a part of it, choosing instead to do our own thing.
As a person who has worked security, it's very hard to fully check people so they don't sneak anything in. If people have malicious intent then they'll sneak in drugs with "balling" it. (Translated it directly from swedish, "Punga", meaning to store it in your underwear near your privates.) If you check every nook and cranny of a person attempting to get in, you're likely to get fired very quick. I have 100% sympathy for the victims, but it's very hard to have a 100% check of everyone getting in.
I'm a male and as someone who's also been drugged at a club before. I can absolutely understand how she feels. Although my experience was slightly different. While my body did completely shut down, it happened to me, *SLOWLY* There's nothing more terrifying than feeling your body slowly and helplessly giving up on you. It was actually the vip rooftop vtuber party on Friday by blerp but either way they big screwed up on the security and refused to admit so. Thanks for getting more eyes on this. Parties need to always have drink covers, especially when Twitchcon itself has a reputation for spiked drinks smh
Blame the blerp but you can't assume everybody that shows up to those parties are saints even if they're fellow vtubers, better to avoid drinking in the first place
This whole fiasco is why drink covers are important. It is incredibly easy for some bastard to slip a roofie in your drink due to crap security. It is also why security needs to be enforced at a VIP party. Otherwise, this horror story will happen again and many people just won't drink anything but water unless they brought their own beverage, regardless of it being alcoholic or non-alcoholic.
Are you sure it was your drink that got spiked or the source? If there were a lot of accounts of peoples drinks being spiked that seems more likely, because it would be easier to spike the source without getting caught than spiking multiple peoples drinks in a big party like that. Keep in mind this is just speculation. I also think vtubers should have their own parties hosted by themselves instead of corporations, I think that would be more manageable than the big parties at twitchcon, or any con really. Todays world is filled with a bad bunch of people and its really sad that its better to be paranoid about most things regarding other people just because of how common bad things have become
I'm gonna go out on a limb and just state the truth: It's actually became very common in recent years for people at bars to think they've been drugged when they haven't been. This is partly due to several factors, such as people mixing alcohol with medication and drugs. Psych meds are extremely common now and nearly everyone takes them. They do very weird things when mixed with alcohol and affect everyone differently. Another reason people falsely think they've been drugged is because of placebo effects combined with alcohol use. Yes, this is true. People hear about drinks being spiked so often that they believe its very common even though it's actually pretty rare but this belief and fear makes them think theyve been drugged at the slightest strange sensation they have. Now before you say I'm full of sh*t, I've been drugged before. I know how it feels. It sucks. It's scary. It makes you so mad. And the worst part is if you're a man no one will believe you. Everyone will think you're lying or making excuses. That's the worst part. Second, I've also believed that I was drugged when I hadn't been. This was due to someone insenuating they were gonna drug me and telling me they had done it to many people (some of them I actually knew), but it didn't happen. Then years later I was drugged for real and had my sister buy a drug test and I tested positive for mdma and meth. She didn't believe me and no one else did and just thought I was lying and the person who drugged me suffered no consequences and was allowed to continue living with us. They were a secret drug dealer. Anyways after that incident I became paranoid and multiple times I felt funny and immediately thought I'd been drugged again (who wouldn't?) but later I realized it was just my mind tricking me out of fear.. I believe some of them likely were slipped something but I wouldn't go so far as to bet my life on it. I've drank on psych meds before and it has made me feel extremely weird like the symptoms some of them described. The thing is, most date grape drugs don't make you feel tingly or numb or something. Everyone is different but most of them just make you really high and euphoric or really sleepy. That's why they use them. And hardly anyone uses "roofies." that's really old school. Its usually stuff like GHB or some kinda party drug like mdma. GHB is tasteless and supposedly knocks people out really well. Hence why it's so often used for date grape... Basically my comment isn't to disregard anyone's claims. I believe them. But it's important people know that just because you or your friend are at a bar and someone feels funny, it's almost certainly not due to being drugged. Better safe than sorry obviously but it's also better to be rational.
9:10 Ok im sure everyone is aware that Roofies are often used as a way to date r@pe someone. The fact it was so strong in this case fills me with dread, because it leads me to believe that whoever did this wanted it to actually stick and get what he (or she, you never know) wanted… gross. Mind you, I’ve had friends get roofied before. It isn’t pleasant to watch. Never gets to total body limp, but it messed with their perception and balance. Thankfully, I found the guy who did it and reported it to the bouncer, who fucking kicked his ass. I wanted to get my own licks in, but I needed to get my friend out of there.
Oh hell nah I aint ever going out for shit even if it means to enlarging my brand through "meeting" outside with a bunch of strangers especially if im a vtuber Imagine getting drugged and roofied bro wtf
Judging by Emuuki's story, it seems that the security's incompetence sounded as pretty much as if it was on purpose, the perpetrators spiking the drinks without getting caught, and BLERP outright tried to silence the issue from the public, which indicates that there's a significant level of corruption between the perpetrators and BLERP or just its security (however just the latter is less likely since BLERP tried to cover up).
I have my doubts about parts of her story. Mainly the “I’ve been drugged before so I know what it was” bit. Basic human instinct is to avoid repeating bad experiences. It stands to reason that if she has been drugged before, why was she still careless with her drink at this party? Just a thought.
@@brrguitaristYou don't have to be careless with your drink to get roofied; literally just a split-second looking away is enough. Someone in the comments said there's a TikTok of a bartender showing how easy it is to do it to his colleagues by using candy and I'd believe it, having worked as one myself. When you're talking to a friend you're not always focused on your drink and if you both looked away at something (say, for example, a DJ starting up a song you like right now) then that can make someone who's been waiting for just such a moment strike. So stop victim-blaming them and blame the fucking person who did it
@@brrguitaristif you’re consuming 5-6 drinks at a party there’s hundreds of opportunities for someone to drug them; they may not even be meant for you. I’ve had a buddy get roofied a couple times in college because drinks got mixed up sometimes and he ended up finishing female friends’ drinks and realizing that someone had roofied the drink. It doesn’t even need to specifically be a roofie, there’s a ton of different substances people can drop into your drink that’ll make you lose your shit

i think it's absurd that Blerp doubled down, and people getting roofied on a VIP party is completely Blerp's fault, how do you have a manual "search" and people get in with drugs at your event
I mean... If you are a girl you can easily hide a small plastic bag in your bra. Same goes for guys and underwear... So being like "manual search should cover all" is a bit dumb. I agree that security letting people in who shouldnt be there and having no drink covers is on Blerp. But how do you know it wasnt one of said Vtubers who brought that in for example? You dont... Thats the thing.
@@martinbudinsky8912 but the thing is, if it was properly checked security with no outsiders, it would've been easier to narrow down the criminal. but now we don't know who the hell spiked people
A manual search isn't going to find drugs if the person is determined to sneak it in; they can't check your crotch and unless there are drug sniffing dogs; the search is mainly for small weapons; the only way you will find the person is through security cam video
unrealistic to expect security to find substances in peoples bags. unless they rip apart the stiching and destroy the bag, even cops wouldnt find my secret compartment in my bag.
So there is a nasty loophole that companies in the US use. They label their employees as "Independent contractors", that way, the employees will work exclusively for them but can't get the benefits, like insurance and PTO. The WWE, Amazon with their delivery drivers, and trucking companies all abuse this loophole and I suspect this V-tuber agency is doing the same thing.

@@flameofthegame and that's why lawyers exist in this country. They make the laws so convoluted that you need someone that studies it to even understand what is going on.
I mean... lets be honest. its kind of trivially easy to sneak drugs into anywhere if you really want to get them in if you aren't strip searching every individual fully. More comes down to vetting people more and prevention during the party than security catching the drugs. does it help yes but like i said unless you strip searching for drugs its pretty easy.

I recall attending an after-party where the security guard was far from ordinary. It appeared to be either police officers or heavily armed individuals dressed entirely in black. There were seven security checkpoints, each progressively more rigorous. By the time you enter the party area, you're essentially left with only what you're wearing. Your belongings were labeled and placed in a sealed bag, and a QR code attached to a padlock on your wrist was provided. Photography is only allowed through a designated camera crew who will use an instant camera to take pictures upon request. Each attendee is permitted a maximum of five photos.
The after-party has a limit of 60 attendees, and you are allowed to bring a plus one; however, they will undergo strict screening. They were provided with a different armband that glows orange to signify they were a plus one. The requirement for being a plus-one is that you must not be intoxicated. It was a genuine after-party, not just an event with a flashy title. It's a space for building connections with others. Only a small number of influencers are invited because the event doesn't benefit much from their presence. Honestly, it's mostly farmers and palm growers.
Do you remember a couple of years ago when a youtuber made some videos and documents about how harmful reaction content is, and in a line he said something that if read without paying attention could have been interpreted "streamers would spike your drinks if they get the chance" and everyone got extremely mad at him for it? Turns out he wasn't wrong after all
The whole premise of this video is weird to me. It's like, why would anyone assume streamers, top streamers, whatever are somehow any safer than a random Joe on the street. You don't really KNOW these people no matter how pumped their socials are. It could be the most innocent looking guy (or girl) with the most wholesome community that secretly gets off on spiking peoples drinks. NO one should feel safe in a situation like this. That's unfortunate but true. ALWAYS be vigilant. ESPECIALLY when you THINK it's safe.
9:40 the fact that this party wasn’t managed right with drink covers or vetting or fire safety… this is so disappointing, and this is bloody terrifying. I understand why Vtubers don’t go out much, people prey on this group like vultures, and managers don’t bother to protect them.
"Venue is supposed to hold 350 people, but we got 325 inside, and some actually waited outside" How is this a precautionary step or an excuse of someone getting roofied, to be more specific? 💀
Blerpy is a disgrace. There's zero excuse for what happened, seeing as they have experience hosting these events, which were likely echo chambers without taking any past feedback either. Grow up and take some responsibility; people could've died. If you can't ensure basic safety of your patrons, don't host. Touting what you did doesn't change the fact people were harmed.
Okay... This might be a controversial take for some of the people watching this. But how do we know it wasnt an "approved Vtuber" that spiked those drinks? Security being bad and not having drink covers is obviously on Blerp. No argument there. But theres no telling if this wasnt work of one of the Vtubers (they are still people with varried pasts and personalities - being a popular creator doesnt mean you cant be a bad person).

10:24 Yea I can’t see how this is the organisers fault, you’re not going to be able to stop these people, they’ll find a way to get your drink. And you’re not going to be able to stop them getting it into the party or know who it is that’s doing it.
It’s so unfortunate that these gatherings and events are the main way to build connections in the industry and grow together while at the same time the most dangerous situations especially for someone who would otherwise stay completely anonymous…
Yes they should do a 30 min intervention, x-ray and let them get fully naked for every guest, maybe even a rectum check to see if they are hiding something in there
Wow that’s just insane. I’m so glad the vtubers had a friend with them to help get them to safe space. It’s sad and aggravating to know someone out there or group of people are prowling in these events to do harm.
0:47 - If someone did that to my kid they'd be waking up in the hospital breathing through a tube or finding that they have a few extra holes where they had none before. Of course, this is just a joke.
I wouldn’t trust the environment from the beginning being around a bunch of strangers who hide behind masks/avatars for a living. Even on vc some partners on twitch don’t give a good vibe so I could only imagine being at a social gathering around a bunch of them in person! Just because they’re partnered don’t mean they are stable individuals, remember most at the gathering are introverts and don’t know how to behave around people, this could be because they are shy or they hide for malicious reasons. Stay safe out there.
As someone whose been drugged at a convention back in the early 2010's, this is horrifying and disgusting and if there's something I take from this it's that in 2024 we have a lot more resources to hold people accountable and I just really hope that everyone affected is okay.
Being roofied is scary. Happened to me when I was 19. I was lucky and got home safely. Regarding drink covers... if the bartenders are in on it, they are very skilled at putting it in your drink right in front of you without you noticing. I've seen videos where they demonstrated dropping it through the straw...
@@FamousWorker honestly, I don't blame you. TIL about drink covers. It's sad that we had to create something to prevent people from spiking our drinks. It reminds me of those memes about having schools practice drills in case of school shootings.
Perhaps a plus for subtle communication though. If its common to use them and someone doesn't in a place where everyone knows why you do, less ambiguity.
So I worked at twitchcon as a janitor and all I'm going to say is that on the third floor bathroom Hassan blew up the toilet so bad that I had to use almost a quarter can of spray because of him. Other than that it was a pretty cool show
Blerp didn’t roofie you. Them not having covers is not cause for you getting roofie’d. Also, how tf are you supposed to prevent drugs from coming in without strip searching each and every attendant??
Blerpy shitting himself because this is probably his only job, organizing parties. It’s a lot of work and your reputation is the most critical thing so this is game ending. Anything like this happens and trolls will start parroting it like oh yeah that happened to me too. Then there’s people who got to drink and made a bad voice and this is an easy out like yeah me too this is why I was so awkward. Then blep has to sort out all out because it affects his reputation and questioning anyone is just another hit to that rep. Probably doesn’t know a ton about technical glitches with the QR codes which is why people are often hesitant about using new tech so he just has the stats he planned for but not the real ones lol. Hard to control chaos when it starts getting out of control too. It’s kind of funny a club is the vtuber party though. Wouldn’t a lot of them be cringe socially awkward people? I guess there must be a lot of attractive ones if they’re getting harassed randomly. If they go there wanting to network how are they finding each other? It’s just weird. The whole thing just seems odd. I don’t think leaked photos are that bad and it basically just would look like a random girl at the club youre randomly saying is some vtuber but people have their phones and they’re not going to be any way people aren’t taking pics at an awkward twitch event. How did the fire marshal ever come I wonder. Somebody must have called him which is kind of weird
Those responses seemed reasonable tbh - also you'd be surprised how easy it is to get something questionable passed security at the door - GDC 2024 had the same issue, unfortunately a few bad apples will slip through it's bound to happen
Great video mujin! Just one small thing. Given the seriousness of the topic, saying “remember this point cuz it gets funnier later”, even if sarcastic, and the goofy music throughout the exchange, they seemed a bit inappropriate… Thank you though for shining light on sth like this!
You can also just be a vtuber and also be a classic anonymous, never going to party and keep your identity secret. That was the original concept of vtuber to begin with

Imagine wanting to be an anonymous vtuber and then going to a 350 people party? I don't even understand

Exactly this, just assuming that "random people" got in and they started spiking everyones drink - or maybe just one of 350 registered guest smuggled in roofies on their body (security cannot strip search every guest, asking them to spread their legs and cough). and I've gotten utility knives past concert and even Disney Security (I carry for cutting stuff and forget its in my bag sometimes) and they were kinda thorough.
it sucks, but some venues try and look out for you, but you need to watch out for yourself too. If you come together, you leave together. watch your drinks and don't take drinks from strangers.
The most sane take here
yeah its ridiculous to think security can even do anything against someone bringing substances. they could search a whole bag perfectly and still miss a few pils slipped into the inside of the fabric through a missing stitch for example, or a bag of powder hidden in your sweater cuff through a missing inside stitch.
very clear this community has no real experience with recreational use or hiding it. my buddies used to get G into venues by putting it in contact lens cases, and we got tons of alcohol into a festival by hiding it literally inside the cushions of a camper van, and a box of other stuff inside the hollow roof rack pipes, more stuff inside of a disassembled alarm clock that was plugged in and working.. you cant realistically expect security to find any of that

@@rebcommando587 Thats why there should be drink covers...
And it being a "vip" private party, means that anyone who does do that wont have their identity revealed because of the confidentiality
I'm gonna go out on a limb and just state the truth:
It's actually became very common in recent years for people at bars to think they've been drugged when they haven't been.

100% organizers are involved. "Highly exclusive" party sounds VERY sketchy
I'm having a Déjà vue after reading your comment, and if there is a part 2 to this where you are right, I'm fucking shaking
@@godisdead4416 split second of carelessness is still carelessness. i think it's absurd that Blerp doubled down, and people getting roofied on a VIP party is completely Blerp's fault, how do you have a manual "search" and people get in with drugs at your event
You dont... They're shit
I dont know how USA laws work ,but i would assume private company's are not mandated to give insurance ,i would assume state ones do by default

I wouldn’t trust the environment from the beginning being around a bunch of strangers who hide behind masks/avatars for a living. Even on vc some partners on twitch don’t give a good vibe so I could only imagine being at a social gathering around a bunch of them in person!
