  • Here's a simple recipe for Mutton Chanp:
    Ingredients:
    - 2000g mutton ribs or shoulder, cut into small pieces
    - 1 cup plain yogurt
    - 2 tablespoons ghee or oil
    - 2 tablespoons Dasi Home Made Masla
    - 2 Table red chili.
    - Salt, to taste
    - 2 onions, chopped
    - 2 cloves garlic
    Instructions:
    1. First of cook champs in Cauldron, Add choped onion garlic, tomatoes, Salt , red chili Glass of water and cook it for 1 hour. After cooked the time is marination.
    2. In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, Dasi home made Masala for Chanp and mix it.
    Add the mutton pieces to the marinade and mix well.
    3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet or tawa over medium heat.
    4. Remove the mutton from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.
    5. Add the mutton to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
    6. Garnish with chopped cilantro, if desired.
    7. Serve hot with naan, rice, or roti , salad and Chatni.
    Note: You can adjust the amount of spices and marination time according to your preference. Additionally, you can cook the mutton in a pressure cooker or oven for faster results.
