I used to work making soup base and I was the mixer and this brings back memories. The only differences we didn't have all these robot arms. That's pretty crazy how they can pick the strawberry 🍓

I think they run backwards there (ccw) so they get seated or lined up on the jar. at 6:20, they're getting turned the other way (cw) and torqued to the right tightness.
