All officers who are citizens from south west, South east, South south, and the middle belt, who are currently serving in the military, Navy, Air Force, customs, immigrations and the police , should with immediate effect disengage them self with their fire arms, from the current Federal government establishments of all of the above. A new formations and commands should be established in all the six geopolitical zones of Nigeria . They must be managed independently by citizens from that particular geopolitical zones. Allocation of funds and budgets must be equal.
The NYSC should be disbanded. The six geopolitical zones of Nigeria should take over the running of the program. Participants and candidates of this program must serve in their geopolitical zones. This is least of our immediate demands. If this demands, can't be met, then it's referendum or dissolve Nigeria. :
