    In this video, as a guest of our family from Mardin, we have prepared a LEGENDARY STUFFED RECIPES that you have never tasted before in Mardin style, I hope you like it.

    INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING (25-30 people)
    1.5 kg of rice
    4 tablespoons of tomato paste
    2.5 cups of oil
    1 tablespoon of allspice
    2.5 tablespoons of paprika
    2 tablespoons of sumac
    1.5 tablespoons of salt
    1,400 gr beef cubed
    2 bunches of parsley
    2-3 green peppers
    2 large capia peppers
    5-6 diced tomatoes
    To fill;
    2 kg of zucchini
    3 kg of eggplant
    Half a kilo of bell pepper
    1 bunch of vine leaves
    1 bunch of linden leaves
    placing on the bottom of the pot; parsley sprigs and 1.5 kg lamb chops
    To pour over it; 1.5 cups of sumac sour
    Preparation: Let's mix all the interior mortar materials. Then, let's place the parsley stalks and the chops at the bottom of the pot. Then, let's dip the cleaned eggplant, zucchini and pepper in salt water and take them out. Then I fill a zucchini and an eggplant and string them together. Let's fill all the vegetables in this way and wrap the leaves and place them in between. Then take the pot to the stove. 1 tablespoon of salt,
    Add 1.5 cups of sumac syrup and hot water. (I tried to show the water level in the video.) Finally, let's put a porcelain plate on it and close the lid. Let it cook on high heat. I'll open the lid a little when it starts to boil. Let's continue cooking. When the water decreases, let's take the porcelain plate on it and add half a glass of oil and continue cooking. It was cooked in about 2 hours. Let's turn it OFF when the water is fully drawn. Let's rest for at least an hour. And it's ready to serve😍 I would definitely say try this stuffing. You will not try another stuffed recipe after you eat this stuffing. Also, if you noticed, there is no onion in it, but its taste is ceiling😍❤️

    Cok lezzetli gorunuyor, elinize saglik, ben kolumu siyirmadan hicbir is yapamam, baska bayanlarda goruyorum, kolunu siyirmadan is yapan, se yrederken icim gidiyor, elim yetisse, ben siviyacagim kollarini, lutven bayanlar is yaparken kollarimizi siviyalim, lutven beni yanlis anlamayin, hepinize saygim sonsuz, ama boyle gorunce icim rahat etmiyor.🙆🤷🙅

    Harika bir dolma oldu çok güzel ama içini et doldurdun be kardaş bu millet okadar eti nereden bulsunki bu bayram ben kesemedim 250 gr et verdiler o eti nereden bulcaz
