I am an artist connected to nature. Recently a nature present school gave me a spot to do my palm art and help out I'm garden and help improve outdoor learning areas. So excited. Reggio Emilia philosophy feels good so far. I'm still learning g
I'm super happy that you are doing consulting! I'm here in washington and really want to be and environmental educator as well. I been in preschools for over 5 years and want to change my environment. I love showing children that they CAN explore the natural environment without fear.
I find this video to be very inspirational. I, too, am looking to leave the profession after pursuing it for a very long time: I love your suggestion to shadow. That is something I absolutely plan to do myself. Thanks for sharing your story!
It has been a journey to come to terms with my decision to grow into who I am and how I want to shine my light. Shadowing by far was the biggest learning opportunity I gifted myself. It helped me to see who I wanted to be and how I could do that. I am sending you some light as you follow your heart and as it leads you on your new path. Change is hard, but there is so much growth from it when we choose ourselves.
Thank you Sherrie Lea so much. I deeply appreciate your words. I am grateful for the journey I am on. I don't know where it'll take me, but I am happy to be here. Thank you for this comment, it means a lot :)
@@roottoblossom9627 Your welcome. I am now working part time in a nature school and I really appreciated all of past videos with such great ideas! I love the 'stick' one. Who ever thought that would be a teaching topic! Your help to navigate that was truly appreciated! Thank you!
Transitions are so hard and making this shift in my career has been an interesting step to allowing me to be what I want to be. I appreciate your comment and am sending you so much light as you continue on your path.
