@@imadearisantojonathan9549 HWS round robins have their rounds judged by two panels. One of them uses notes and properly flows the round. The other panel pays attention to the round without notes, and then both come up with their calls. This means that you can get between 0 to 6 points per round, since each panel can give you a call with which you get points

The tournament had two panels of three judges each for each round. One panel took notes, the other panel listened to the debate without taking any notes!
