A close friend of mine found out the hard way that law enforcement and the legal system aren’t going after real criminals who actually go and deliberately commit real crimes but instead anyone that’s a vulnerable “easy mark.” She made a genuine mistake while driving-misjudged how tired she was after work. Nobody got hurt including her because she was abiding by the speed limit and nothing got damaged except her car and the tree she accidentally crashed into. She was honest and humble when the cops showed up, but they still took her to court six months later when she didn’t have a job anymore. Everything about the car was fully legal, they even said she cooperated with the police in court, but they still put points on her license and pushed her into destitution by fining her. She was an easy mark, a helpless target and the legal system fleeced her good.
@@mikoto7693 Yeah it took me awhile to realize how absolutely filthy the cops are around here. I finally figured it out, and got pulled over for a tag light few months ago. BS stop to go fishing is all it is. Really annoyed me, I guess it hurt the cop's feelings because I wasn't intimidated by him or being all haha with him. It escalated very quickly on his part due to his ego, and I pushed a bit. If I would've a camera-hidden of course, they see it they'd damage it, I would've let it ride all the way to him arresting me on bs charges, and probably would've injured me as well claiming I resisted. But then I had a vision of him tossing drugs in my car and without any proof he did it, I'd be done. So I backed down, and that pissed me off, but ehh he can have the battle win. I'm getting a camera for my car to be prepared for the next run in. I'd advise everyone to do so, because law enforcement is just dirty anymore and their egos are off the charts. Unfortunately, the American courts and the judges that preside over them have overseen a collective net loss of freedom. We are objectively the least free Americans in the country's history, and both liberal and conservative judges have been willing foot soldiers in expanding the power of the state and eroding the bill of rights every chance they get, and arguably the biggest conduit by which we've been robbed of our freedom has been: Drug Prohibition. Beginning in the 1960s and with only about 30 cases, American judges managed to do more damage to the 4th amendment than with all the preceding cases over the past 200 years! Quite literarily, the events described in this video would have been impossible if it wasn't for those 30 drug cases. Of course it's done more than just damage to the bill of rights, drug prohibition is also most responsible for police militarization, the prison industrial complex, widespread corruption of police and other officials with illicit money, etc. Basically, almost every judge in every court shares the responsibility for arriving at this point, perhaps the only judge in American history that has had a consistently respectable career has been William O. It's pathetic that there are REAL criminals out there and yet .... they're going after law abiding citizens.
A close friend of mine found out the hard way that law enforcement and the legal system aren’t going after real criminals who actually go and deliberately commit real crimes but instead anyone that’s a vulnerable “easy mark.”
She made a genuine mistake while driving-misjudged how tired she was after work.
Good and decent cops are pushed out. Court systems are no better.
@@mikoto7693 well all criminals are real , guessing you meant the really bad ones. she is a criminal by her negligence. the act of hitting a tree or someone is solely pure luck , a person hitting and killing someone instead of a tree is not worse he was just unlucky. our laws are weird they have a chance component to it and that's wrong imo. i think we should treat hitting a tree or anything else the same has hitting someone in a case like this when it could have being anything. of course i only mean in similar situations when its involuntary accidents caused by negligence. we already arrest people drinking and driving before they hit anything so not sure why this is different.

The judge that approved the warrant and anyone associated with pushing the warrant, should be put on permanent restriction from any government job. Get these tyrants out of power. Replace them with people who uphold their oath to the constitution.
From what I have seen with one foot in the door to several law enforcement agencies, the same can be said for them. Many come in with the right ideals, but the system grooms them to be something much more sinister.
That is so sad. Please go back and serve because anyone with honest morals is needed in office. People should not feel that all officials are there for the wrong reasons.

The Clinton and Bush administrations both went after Americans for books they had checked out and sites they had visited on library computers.
