i noticed the other day that you can also feel where the bike is at with you hips, you can feel the bike rotate under you depending on how high it is and you can memorize that feeling
“That was a deep one”! Bro I love these explanations! I’m well in to wheelieing but I had to start at part one when I saw the title of this video. Best tutorials bro 🦾
Thanks for content , I think u gota do video on wheelie from scratch . Clutch up to catchin it on brake then keeping it up , if like to see your perspective
I definitely 2nd this request. I know you mentioned that it’s been done by others, but you have a very understandable teaching style that would start us off correctly.
So is the engine and ecu completely stock?? No flash?? I'm roll with a completely stock 2023 z125. It's got crash protection and that's about it other than my rear handbrake setup.
I’m am still very lightly steady on the brake like breathing on it light tapping. When you pop up and then get to that point where you’re steady on the break and a smooth wheelie think of that pressure like Ground Zero that is the starting pressure to save yourself from anything. So when you reach that steady pressure and you drop back you’re not putting any less pressure on the break from there on out the pressure would increase but the key is learning that very light feathering of the break like you’re breathing on it when you go to do that drop back because if you drop back and apply more break it’s just gonna slam you down but if you drop back and stay steady on the break it’s still has friction so it’s not just gonna drop you backwards and it’s up to you to meter that friction to keep the wheel up. You’ll notice once you start to draw back your mentality will actually be catching yourself with the break as you continually fall backwards if that makes any sense
that makes sense!! and that’s exactly what i’m doing. i can go past the balance point, but i always hit the brake a little too hard. it doesn’t bring me all the way back down though. so i end up teeter tottering. my goal is to keep it just behind balance point for as long as i ca. last night i found that if i deliberately leaned back when i got close to balance point, that seemed to help and was able to keep it back there for a little longer. so i’m just gonna keep at it! thanks for your response and great content!!
I did balance point for 6 months too. Cuz I didn’t know about drop back. Thank you my man!
Every time I see you drop back bro I feel the sensation!!!
It feels sooo good.

Exactly!!! I’m stoked to hear you say this. Shows you picking apart your own riding in a way that’s gonna help you progress.
ill give it a shot. thanks for the tips man
Bam... short, sweet and packed with actionable info! Thanks for sharing the info we need! #stayrad

I really appreciate it for real. It means a lot.
Thank you for this. I'm right at that level of riding sit downs for a mile but I cant drop back and/or coast.
Really good explained video bro. I'm at that point right now, thanks holmes.
sooo glad it helped
You're a very good instructor

Great video the exact thing I need to hear and see
Awesome. Im so happy to hear that. Get out there and rip it bro
Ayyy
Is that a grom? I can barely tell that it's a MSX125 anymore xD
So get it up, ride the rear brake till it feels sketchy, let off the throttle than off the rear brake and back on the throttle?

Do you have an idle screw on your bike? If you do. Where is your idle at?
Yo your at my pop Warner field
oh you be over here? next time you come let me know. Im 2 mins from there
So can you drop back and use only engine braking to bring it forward or do you still need brake
yup once you know your engine brake you generally don't need much brake at all
when you drop back (the deep one lol), did you just tap the break or holding a slight pressure on it?
