I am disgusted when I see homes that have been vandalized, especially the ones that have so much history! I like that you and Steve Ronin, and Brent with Abandoned Urbex in Canada and others that keep the homes like you find them. God bless you and all that explore, I look forward to all your next adventure!
Don't ever worry about not going to an unsafe part of the house. Your safety is more important. If anyone judges you for it, their opinions aren't worthy of your notice. Great video.
WOW ❤ Is it just me, or could anyone else listen to his voice over work for hours?! He is calming and relaxing! Dude I could listen to you read the dictionary ! AWE, truly you MUST get into voice over work!
Thought we had seen it before. Didn’t realise until the end it was actually you that did it back in 2021 when you were still exploring with Marky. Shows how long I have been an avid AWE fan x
I cant believe how brave you were going up those floors, obviously very dangerous. The place is beautiful and that barn's architecture was very beautiful. Thank you, loved it.❤❤
I love your respect for these houses and that you are adament of not telling people were they are. Got my dad watching your channel and he is highly impressed.
You are right, Dave. All that history needs to be saved. Perhaps, when the property is sold, the new owners will donate the contents to museums or have a sale to collectors. 🍀
Hi Dave totally enjoyed the amazing tour of a historical home with stuff left behind amazing antiques pictures love seeing how people lived in the war times sad about the couple who lived there brilliant exploring Dave and rod ❤
It was a wonderful explore, and you did really well considering all the piles of stuff you had to go around and climb over for sure. I don't think you should go back because it did look very unsafe. I love watching you because you are always so respectful and point out that this was once someone's home where they experienced their lives. You seem very caring, and I enjoy your explorations very much. My other favorites are Big Banks, and Steve Ronin and I love it when you guys can team up and explore together. I cannot travel the world in person and see France, or other awesome places, but I feel as if I am with you guys when you go to these wonderful, beautiful, abandoned places. Thank you for taking us with you. Be safe always. Much love to all of you explorers.
Love this old Manor, I am so happy it will be saved, Roche Old Court Manor was sold in may 2022 for 1,500,000 £, love all your videos ❤ and it's not empty anymore guys, so don't go exploring
beautiful house hopefully it has now sold and is being restored, its always so sad seeing all the old photos left behind such a shame that no family have taken them to look after them
Incredible home , such a shame it’s been left to rot 😢l can’t get over all those photos and personal possessions that are left there , almost as if they left in a hurry , so much history and if only the walls could talk 😊brilliant exploration once again Dave and Steve ❤️
Alright matey. At around 7 mins in you see a hamper with F&M on it. I think that stands for Fortnum & Mason. It's an old department store. Lush house. Great video bro 💯🏴
Great video Dave enjoyed this and remember when u all went here before amazing property I'm glad it's going to auction cos it cud be a really lovely building if it was fixed up, and it's such a shame it's just sat rotting away ATM, anyway thanks for sharing 👍❤
Isn't this an older explore?lLast time I saw this on TH-cam, the building had been completely emptied and sold.Wouldn't it be nice to see what it looked like now, lovely to revisit these old explores.
I am sad to think there must be a world of 1st edition literary books\treasures lost forever in so many of these abandoned homes. That is in addition to all the other beautiful creations just left to rot.
I’ve seen this place a few times on other urbex channels. The basket is from Fortnum & Mason, not their initials. It’s such a waste but hopefully be restored soon
This house could date back to the 1500's. The great hall has a Tudor decor, with a well in it! Check out the size of that original fireplace at 10:06. I wonder if that was the kitchen off of the Great Hall. Great WWI pictures of the family.
I think the money well dried up. That is how most houses this size become unkept. The cost of it all in the last twenty or so years is very heavy. Older people tend to move mostly downstairs. Can't do stairs well anymore or bed bound. Dust collects, when someone younger comes, they move stuff around upstairs at request of the parent, but no cleaning gets done or repairs. It's often the case. Every mirror in that place was damp. It does a lot of damage. Big place with some beautiful features. Hope it gets restored. Thanks Dave! Hope you and Mark are well.
It proves that collecting and keeping everything is crazy. If you don't have a ton of kids that want your things, it just sits to rot. Good job, not rushed.
Great explore Dave. I love that they even had a small chandelier on the basement stairs lol. Iam sure lve seen this house before a couple of years ago, wasn't quite so trashed. Until next week x
Im like you Dave i love looking at photo albums. Some think looking at other people's photos is boring. I think about how their life must have been. The things they may have liked or disliked. What made them happy. Were they happy? Truly happy.
An incredible house. Some nice furniture in beautiful rooms. Decorated with taste. But what a mess. 😮 I'm glad we don't have the mouldy smell. Well done, tx😊
The flat lawn area is still being maintained, getting slashed by the looks of it. So at least that is being done. Wonder what the future holds for the estate.
What a big historical building. I love the charm of the rooms and old fashioned windows. So beautiful yet abandoned. I would love to go back to the 17th century when This house had the original family was Alive ... I love how you admire and respect these old homes..It would be wonderful to have someone buy and rehabilitate this beautiful ruin... It still has so much Life left in its core..Great Explore ....
Me encantó esta casa tan decadente y a la vez increíble su estado deja ver el paso del tiempo. Muchas cosas personales ,fotos y recuerdos se deterioran cada vez más. Espero se salve está propiedad y regrese a su mejor época.
Great find, Adam ! Architecturally, brick work, etc., and with the little details throughout, it was nice. But once you went upstairs, and into the out buildings, it almost started to look like a hoarders property the way the things were just piled up in the rooms and hallways ,out buildings, etc. Sad, but a beautiful home back in it's day, as you often pointed out. I'd love to see someone with the money buy it, and restore it all. I wonder it they'd let you film that, if it happened - get the before and after ? :)
Absolutely beautiful, but very sad to see such beautiful things just rot away 💔😢 . I glad I heard you say it's going to auction, God I hope they can save 🙏 alot of it. With floors so bad , just rotten from rain . 💔. It will be a dream house when it's rehabbed. Great video
It's insane how much was left behind in such disarray. Beautiful artwork and craftsmanship. I agree, I hope it gets saved in some way. Great video, thank you.
I absolutely ❤loved this exploration.Really a lot to see. Treasures and I can imagine such awesome memories this place had. I would have also enjoyed seeing more of the paintings and other items on the ground floor. The old pictures and hopefully more background. Thank you all so much!
Hi David what a beautiful house so sad all those treasures of their life just left to rot. I hope some buys it and brings it back to life again. Thank you for your hard work
Wow what a beautiful home it always saddens me that precious photos are left behind all those memories will be eventually destroyed. Such beautiful woodwork, design, paintings and love the classic furnitures. Loved this explore Dave you’re always respectful, keep up the great work Dave always look forward to your videos every week ❤️

The cellar use to be the ground floor but because of the mud flood it became what we call cellars. Theres alot of information about the mud flood and Tartaria on pinterest
@11:13 a painting of Malay people in typical village dress and house in early 1900's. I am Malaysian. Yeah maybe the owner of the house is a traveler and visited Malaysia before.
I am disgusted when I see homes that have been vandalized, especially the ones that have so much history! You are right, Dave. All that history needs to be saved. Perhaps, when the property is sold, the new owners will donate the contents to museums or have a sale to collectors. 🍀
Ohh I remember this from an old video, and that chair outside! F&M is a mega fancy Fortnum & Mason Hamper!
I love and appreciate you and what you love do, I think Dave if you and Mark have a Chance together to explore, would be great, stay safe.
I so enjoy your videos, especially from your perspective. I would love to see another video of this place with the addition of more history.
Hi Dave totally enjoyed the amazing tour of a historical home with stuff left behind amazing antiques pictures love seeing how people lived in the war times sad about the couple who lived there brilliant exploring Dave and rod ❤
Poor old place .Lovely if someone restores and reserects it to its former glory .Thankyou so much .Take care of yourselves.
The room with the well in the centre reminds me of a medieval banquet hall, with the Tudor rafters, also with a stag, and a boar's head.
F and M Fortnum and Mason. Posh picnic hampers. Love your videos also the passion and respect you always show.
Love the house awsom explore love the fireplaces wow those boots! glad your wearing your mask! ❤

The initials F&M on the wicker hamper stands for Fortnum & Mason, the posh store in London.

Hi, Dave what a shame such a masterpiece has been left to rack and ruin! Thanks so much for preserving these places in a video at least! x
