I am not a Steelers fan, so looking from outside in. Steelers will take the bills place in the playoffs. Your QB play has been terrrrrrrrible, worse than others are stating in the media. You will get a playoff win this year, Tomlin and Russ are pissed off. Chiefs are the only team I think you wouldn’t beat. Your D is insane, TJ is the best defensive player in the league.
He doesn't necessarily need to evolve, they need to get the quarterback position right and then we will be able to see how good he is as a coach. For the past almost decade they have had: old Ben , Mason, Kenny and a bunch of less than great players. Considering the level of play at that position, they have done well.
I don’t get why Mike Tomlin gets all of this criticism. The dude has had a winning record every year. He’s been their coach. He coaches his team and what has been given to him by the general manager to the best of his ability they don’t make coaches like Mike Tomlin anymore, the Steelers don’t have organizations like they do anymore. I love how the Steelers no matter how much people want someone gone from no matter how much they struggle they keep their coach. They may switch over their roster, but they keep their coach. The Steelers to meet are not that far away if you look at their team constructed their rock solid, their defense is always going to be top 5 to 10. It’s just their offense that kept them From reaching Super Bowl contender level. They’ve had issues at quarterback for the last three years hopefully Russell
