    Hey, i would like to purchase some weights, i am 70kg and 180 tall and it would be a new thing for me. I am in pretty good shape with room to grow. which weight would you recommend for me?

      Welcome!! That’s a great question. Is you’re completely new to strength training, I would recommend getting a set of 2kg and 5kg weights to start. This should cover most of your needs for a “heavy” and “light” set. If the 2kg is too heavy for some exercises, you can always build up to them with bodyweight first. After a few months of strength training, you can invest in a heavier set for lower body exercises e.g. an 8kg or 10kg pair.
      I know weights can get expensive so you can work with other elements like tempo and holds to make a few weight ranges go a long way!
