Launching Victoria’s first digital twin project for Fishermans Bend

Victoria's largest urban renewal project is going to get a digital twin with state-of-the-art planning and mapping technology being used to create 3D modelling of the Fishermans Bend project.

This should go back to before white settlement so there is an inherent understanding of the original ground plane, water movement, natural features at microscope..... engineering does not solve the problems... just look at New Orleans and even Elizabeth St in the city.. It would also more accurately reflect the ambition for 'caring for country' outlined in the strategy.
