I would recommend building (or even better relocating an old one) a lawn bowling club, preferably next to the Primary School, if you are actually serious about building a community. Parents sitting down after school for a couple of drinks or a roll, while the kids run around and play. Most decent communities have one.

Public transports in Victoria is not sufficient. Always overcrowded. Do not expand the city when there's no public transport in place. Despite this area is very ugly.

Part of that plan does include the Metro2 Rail Tunnel (from Clifton Hill to Newport) and construction of a diagonal bridge over the Yarra River to accommodate the extension of tram route 48.
