We are still far from achieving the desired results using chatGPT with DAX, although I use it regularly, but the final touch must be human. I wonder if Copilot in Power BI yields better outcomes.
Cool…but I don’t think that was true test of the new capabilities. I think the best thing that this could possibly do (personally untested) is have visual or model awareness. The 4o demo showed being able to have it read all the code and gain comprehension and historical awareness. To me, this was always the biggest hurdle when trying to use GPT-4. It was almost unbearable because it doesn’t understand the model and there wasn’t a good way to teach it, so most suggestions were hallucinogenic. Now I hope we can feed 4o the model definition and or have it look at what wi are doing Another video in the series(1/3)?

The video acquisition feature is not available yet to the public, so we cannot test it.
Feed it the contoso schema xml file and it will then understand the tables and relationships.
Why not using copilot?
ChatGPT was the new toy yesterday, and it's not Microsoft, so if the review is bad there are no consequences :)
