Blackstreet ended up doing it and putting it on their album. Teddy had this sitting in storage in virgina and had it brought to Atlanta sometime after he moved there and gave it to the MJ estate sometime in the past couple of years. Also Teddy Riley wrote this song through and through, Michael is a performer and did exactly what he was supposed to do and that's perform the song and make it his own...
