I did it, I made some changes like adding garlic, onion, Parmesan cheese instead because I didn’t have mozzarella and panko(bread crumbs) and the dipping sauce everything was delicious I love and my kids too, leave overnight 👍👌🤤😋🤪🤩

These are fantastic. Made them tonight and my family can't stop complimenting me. This recipe is adaptable to the air fryer I used my ice cream scoop. 4 minutes per side, at 380 degrees. Nice and brown outside and creamy inside . I put a piece of parchment insidemy air fryer, cutting it just smaller than the grate in the bottom so that the oil can circulate. Don't know if that's necessary, it's just what made sense to me . Next time I make these, I may double the batch and freeze them uncooked in patties so I can just pop them in the air fryer for lunches. Thanks Natasha for a family dinner winner!
