You should do more 20 year rebuilds. Those videos do well. Maybe with teams like Virginia Tech, Florida, Stanford, or Cal, who have done well in the past but need a shift to get back on the right track

Can’t recruit 5 stars until you won a conference title at new conference (B12/B10) And play in state rivals Iowa and Iowa State each year. (Shouldn’t be hard because one will be a conference game)

The only reason this is unbelievable is because the logo of the team isnt a letter. If it was a O or something it would work. All BIG 10 team need a simple logo or just a letter.
