Some songs you just seem to connect to and they feel like your own. This was the case for “Next To Me.” I’ve always been a fan of Imagine Dragons and they have definitely influenced my sound over the last couple years. Thankful for my team who worked extremely hard in difficult conditions. We pulled it off and damn am I proud of this beautiful version of “Next To Me.” Enjoy!

Jonathan has such a distinctive voice-from the first note, you know it's him. It's soulful, bluesy and unique, full of nuance and texture, and it really moves you. This cover is better than the original. And Kim Richardson's stirring backing vocals take us to Church each and every time.

That day we also shot "Delicate", the rain was hovering and we only had a chance to record "BM" 3 times (all the performances are done live with one camera in one sequence) before it started to rain. it was very special...

When I hear this song, I think about God and how He is ALWAYS next to me, walking with me, forgiving me for the wrongs that I may do when I ask for His forgiveness. I thank God every day for the blessings that I have and continue to have during these troublesome times. I am grateful for what I have and pray that He lifts us all up above the chaos and disparity that we endure today.
