Normally it was by selling gear. Doing campaigns. And quests for gold bags, or buying gold bags with bound balens...There's a good bit of ways to do so. And investing bound balens into your town hall for more to reap from it.

Simple. Considering the fact I'm the king of patience...HaHa. I just dumped gold into the guild and invested in luck stones over upgrading other stuff. I'm normally cautious and particular what I invest in to boost myself in.
