Please do a part 2. Also, would you consider doing a segment on best locations to live you do not need a car, better public transportation (trains, buses).

Thanks for the info; it's much appreciated. I'm just beginning my journey in exploring moving to Italy.
I found out I am a whopping 1.8% Italian; I am not aware of any recent relatives who are Italian, so, sadly, I don't qualify for "Italian Citizenship by Descent."
For those looking for missing links in the description to the other 2 parts, here they are:

What I wonder is the best way to move my assets from the US to Italy (I hold dual US/Italian citizenship). I will dump my TVs and Radios since I am sure the EU uses different frequencies and anything with a motor (vacuum cleaners, blow dryers) because the electrical system is different but I will want to move my beds, dressers, chairs and tables and desks (I have a family of 4). Clothing and heirlooms as well as documents will also come. What is the best way to ship these?
Another big concern is moving money. Once I get an Italian bank account, I will want to transfer a large amount to money to it and empty my US bank accounts. But I am assuming and fearing that will trigger some sort of US and / or Italian investigation. How do I handle this? I can't really afford 2 homes at the same time, so the plan is to sell my house in the US, transfer the money from the sale to Italy (which I am guessing will trigger some sort of tax authority investigation), move to Italy and stay short term at an apartment while I purchase the Italian home and set up the utilities. Then have my stuff delivered to the new home (which will be sitting in storage as I have to vacate the old home before hand).
I'm also pretty sure I can't bring my cars with me, so I will need to sell those as well unless there is a way to bring them permanently.

The tolls you talk about r cheap I pay $120 a week in tolls in Sydney Australia and I would be lucky to travel 300km per week that’s just to get to work but it’s well worth it as it cuts my travel time by 40minutes each way to work each day

Grazie, Marco & Rafaela! As a client of yours for Italy citizenship, these videos are helpful. Do you provide a package deal for citizenship + relocation services? 😅🇮🇹🙏🏼

In Los Angeles,California, USA, the cost of 100 sq meters (1,000 Sq Ft) is 45,000 euros to 55,000 euros. This is significantly less than the average cost you stated as 1,000 euros per Sq Meters in Southern Italy

Your math does not seem right, sir
It’s hard to find anything in LA (the better part of it) for less 1000 dollars per square foot, which means about 10,000 dollars per square meter, which is about 1 million dollars for a 1000 square ft apt or about a 100 sq meter

A square metre is 10.77 square feet. Your math isn't mathing.

@@daisy9910 i lived in France for years; 100 Sq Meters is Approximately a little more than 1,000 Sq Ft

100 Sq meters = 1,077 Sq Feet , but easier to just multiply X10

Ya, Google says the average price per square foot in LA is around $720 US, so a 100 square meter place would translate to about $776,000 US (roughly €720.000). No idea where you're getting €45.000 to 55.000.

What’s a trustworthy source to find active properties for sale in Italy? I am from the US so we use an MLS system here, but I haven’t found anything like that in Italy.
