Where/how to get some of the unique furniture items in the video
Room 2 - Sitting Room Blue Theme 3:03

Bought at the Fishing Guild Store with metals.
You can start earning metals after you’ve reached level 10. To earn metals you will need to complete weekly tasks.
Room 3 - Kitchen 4:51
-- PalTech Drink Dispenser (the cute espresso/coffee machine!)
This is not (currently, at least) a craftable item. You can get it from one of Zeki’s hidden quests.
I got this quest from rummage pile in Bahari Bay.
