Summary: Ego is dedicated to stealing your bliss. Ego has no peace because it is cut off from it's source. It gives you illusory reasons for misery and lack. But nothing is lacking except your contact with the real Self. The exquisite joy that comes from not thinking brings consciousness back to itself, which is pure, natural awareness. So break free from selfish I-thought. Link only to the real Self. You can do this through PRESENCE. The blissful realisation of the infinite Self is always flowing when you have not cut yourself off from Source by identifying with the body. It is not the body that is the problem, but the identification with it. Once you have the habit of remembrance of the Self, that realisation will extinguish the habit of ego-consciousness. Everything is one eternal consciousness. All is well and perfect.
This past week, my ego just tore me apart.

My Ego is dedicated to pure enjoyment!! Without ego there is no life. If I put it that way I can become friends with my ego and liberate it in order to get to the SELF.
Shunyamurti easily one of our Greatest teachers of the century and this is an understatement
There's a whole HAPPINESS ILLUSION GOING ON; as if any materialism or professional/financial success would be Happiness, and as if we should be nonstop jolly, as if pain and sadness and greaf and such factors would be something one should to austrige-style hide from ~ which is just denial while really you have to go through it as part of our growth.
To acknowledge or fight the 'system' is giving life to the fiction or false reality.. There is no system...

So,
*Rama* means the *Light Within Me*..
*Rama* was born to *Dasharath & Kousalya*.
*Dasharath* means ‘ *10 Chariots* ’..
The ten chariots symbolize the *5 sense organs*( *Gnanendriya* ) & *5 organs of action*( *Karmendriya* ) ..
*Kousalya* means ‘ *Skill* ’..
*The skillful rider of the 10 chariots can give birth to Ram*..
When the 10 chariots are used skillfully,
*Radiance* is born within..
*Rama* was born in *Ayodhya*.
*Ayodhya* means ‘ *a place where no war can happen* ’..
When There Is No Conflict In Our Mind, Then The Radiance Can Dawn..
The *Ramayana* is not just a story which happened long ago..
It has a *philosophical*, *spiritual significance* and a *deep truth* in it..
It is said that the *Ramayana is happening in our Own Body*.
Our *Soul* is *Rama*,
Our *Mind* is *Sita*,
Our *Breath* or *Life-Force* ( *Prana*) is *Hanuman*,
Our *Awareness* is *Laxmana* and
Our *Ego* is *Ravana*..
When the *Mind* (Sita),is stolen by the *Ego* (Ravana), then the *Soul* (Rama) gets *Restless*..
Now the *SOUL* (Rama) cannot reach the *Mind* (Sita) on its own..
It has to take the help of the *Breath - the Prana* (Hanuman) by Being In *Awareness*(Laxmana)
With the help of the *Prana* (Hanuman), & *Awareness*(Laxmana),
The *Mind* (Sita) got reunited with The *Soul* (Rama) and The *Ego* (Ravana) *died/ vanished*..
*In reality Ramayana is an eternal phenomenon happening all the time*..🙏🏻

Relationships, situations, illness….come on these things have real impact
in a perspective
Their effect depends on your perception. If your perception is ruled by the ego, you will perceive the untrue and think it real. This is dreaming. Waking comes through true perception, which is purified through forgiveness.
The ego’s basic doctrine is "seek but do not find". It will not counsel you that happiness is hard to find because you might question it as a guide. It merely defines happiness in its own terms, tempts you to believe, and sets you on a hopeless journey to find it. When happiness is inevitably not found, it gives you another thing, another person, another place to pursue.
Remember, however, that you made the ego. It was made and accepted by you into your mind. Now, because of that, you need a Guide to its undoing. The inward step is a handshake with your Eternal Guide, a meeting with a Spirit that knows of your wholeness (holiness) and will teach you to remember God. Forgiveness is the Holy Spirit’s teaching (call Him by whatever name resonates with you).

Impossible to stay in top of the ego 24/7
You can do meditation for years and still ego regularly will over power you
Unless you are a hermit and don’t take part in society, it’s impossible to ride your ego permanently
Ego being the rational mind
You can be a hermit who meditates in a cave for 50 years and the ego can still have hold of you. As in "I am a hermit who is meditating"

Well, it might be that the ego put me there but it definitely saved my life. I'm still existing, so to speak, because of an ego-intervention. And I'd be very careful about generalizing the 'obviously demonic' ego as something obsolete. It's a survival mechanism, valid and for a very good reason. If you were so selfless as to give away everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, you just wouldn't make it. It's a bit like in an airliner where the oxygen masks fall down ... when you try to help everyone before you've had your own oxygen, you'll suffocate first and wouldn't be able to help anyone anymore.
I mean you can be egoless as much as you want. But when it comes to your own existence...?
So please, why are you demonizing this very natural and undeniable proportion of our existence? Or simply asked, why do you take a lot of money for your courses?
If you were really that good, you would be showered with gifts and donations. And I may be totally wrong - please forgive me for an overly earthly thought - but I just don't like hypocrisy.
God is free. You don’t need a course in god. Life is already that lol. He’s definitely interesting but still a fearmongerer.

@@alexhormann8931 I don’t recall hearing that because I’m not really into him other than comparing what he says to my own conception of god. Each of us has a conception of god based on our view of the world. So in that sense I can’t argue with it…but I can point out that god is free and anyone who is willing to pay big money for his “secrets” is a vulnerable soul that hasn’t yet realized the truth about god. I didn’t really search for god or the objective truth. It literally came to me one day. God is everything. It’s that simple and no one needs to talk 5 hours about god and offer secrets to enlightenment.
Please, I have a question. There are at least three arguments made for kaki yuga ending at different times. Some say it ends in 2025, some say it ends in like the year 430,000 and some say it already ended long ago. They all site scholarly references to support their argument. Can you please weigh in on this and explain when you believe Kali yuga ends and why you believe that?

Nothing steals anything - we are creating/co-creating as we find our max potential within ourselves. The only "system" that exists is that which we created in the process of discovery of self.
Shunyamurti went a bit deeper than that, he said the ego wants to steal bliss, there’s no lie there. The forgetfulness of our true being is how the ego arises as well as the stories we experience/live through. But yes all is consciousness/love ultimately.
@@r3b3lvegan89 the ego is like the new devil in all the doctrines. The ego is whatever you want it to be, so give it a purpose. I use the ego for engaging different points of view within astral travel, it provides distinct insight on where one is within their growth. There doesn't always have to be a negative to reckon with. Know your own creative power - use it, or just be neutral, the only negative experiences we have are those we create to be so.

He looks like a guy who does a lot meditation and has an interestingly slow and deliberate cadence. He does make sense though, this world that we created isn't real, but it does hold a value because this is how we experience what it is to be human. Human is not forever, just a short period of time, until we go home to the real you, which is connect to everything else. The Ego is a trap or should I say, an opportunity for growth in the human form. Good stuff!

I was butchered by a docturd when I was 5 years old, so bad I needed another surgery 6 months later to try and help with the mess the 1st doc made of my body. I have been going through this for 58 years now and I tell you it is a great burden to be in this body and to suffer every single day.
