This translation makes a lot more sense than the other ones, the lyrics really coincides with their Love Yourself theme and shows how great a lyricist Jimin is, its very well-written.
I cried when i realized how hard 2018 was for jimin so he wrote this song.It broke my heart thinking how hard it was to not be able to rest even though his body tells him to rest, stressed bc of his own problems, and just his voice is so angelic.Jimin and other members always showed us their bright, happy side ,however we do need to realize that they r humans as well, they need to rest.

As always, this song isn't only good itself but it also has beautiful lyrics and a deep meaning, which can be shared with ARMY and between other people too (like those who are in a romantic relationship). I think that when Jimin repeats "I want you to be your light" he is trying to tell fans to live for themselves instead of just seeing him (BTS or any member) as their main and only reason to live and stay happy since first illusion just brings ephemeral happiness. I mean, it is well known that BTS music, in general, has helped a lot of people having hard times or struggling with depression, which is fantastic btw; however, each one of us must keep growing as a person while cheering for other people too, because that's truly the only way you'll be satisfied with yourself and able to sleep peacefully.
Anyways, I'm not trying to say that we should forget all the beautiful memories that we have with someone who's special to us ( in this case, Jimin) but, in the end, we shouldn't relay just on them because that is like putting our faults and responsibilities aside.
I think it may also tie in with the overall theme of loving yourself. If we are hurting because of self hate and are not taking care of ourselves, we hurt those who love us. Others may wish to make everything alright and blow our minds but we need to be our own lights first.
