5 years ago I lost my wife she left me for another man lost my kids and I committed suicide ,my family was there for me and watching you has helped me alot your not alone I think you are amazing and honest ❤

Anxiety is tough, especially as cabin crew. I found the right medication, and meditation helped amazingly. And having good friends around, and other crew as it’s so common in this job. Wishing you the best. Help is there ❤

Hello Shannon, I work for the same company (which we can't name), and currently off LTS due to bereavement. Totally agree the job magnifies difficulties, and being away downroute isn't what people might imagine it to be. And whilst the work itself might not be intellectually tough, trying to constantly fit a quart into a pint pot on board with equipment not fit for purpose, whilst often sleep deprived, is really hard going
