Water-2 1/2 cups
Oil-3 tbsp
Ghee-2 tbsp
Cloves,cinnamon,cardamom & bay leaves -each 2
Ginger & Garlic paste -3/4 tbsp
Curd-2 tbsp
Sugar-2 tsp
Rose water -2 tsp
Onion -1
Coriander & Mint leaves - little
