Personally not a fan of the gray/white aesthetic but you are doing it very well! LOL Maybe add some color to warm things up...
i think its mainly the walls that make it not as warm but some wall art will definitely help!

Haha. As a somewhat older single woman also living alone, when you were assembling the bed frame, I was over here verbally trying to coach you and cheer you on. "You need a box or something to put under the foot end to line that up for you, Hannah!" Then you seemed to do it with the pillows, and I was like, "There ya go, now you've got it!" I had to assemble *every single piece of furniture* in my place by myself (electric screwdriver saved my LIFE), and it was a total nightmare, but I got real creative finding ways to assemble furniture pieces that insisted it required two people by myself. I guess it's the out-of-the-box thinking I acquired when I worked in EMS and we had to get creative about extricating patients or moving patients sometimes! :)

Hannah, I just moved to the midwest last month with my partner and this makes me feel like i'm getting my shit together with you fr. The first like 2 weeks we were in the new apartment was CHAOTIC and we are slowly making our place feel like a home. Having boxes everywhere also drives me insane so I feel you and I have so many visions of what I want that sometimes its overwhelming (and expensive...). SO excited to see more of this type of vlog

keep the rug! it's beautiful and doesn't look stupid lol. you got a kitchen rug runner which a lot of people have because they don't necessarily want the entire kitchen floor covered but they feel it's nice to have something under their feet when cooking/washing dishes. it's placed perfectly

I like the kitchen rug, only thing I would maybe do is center it in the kitchen instead of having it closer to the sink side. I know that kind of defeats the purpose (as you'd want to have the rug under your feet if you're washing dishes or something) but aesthetically I think it would look better in the center of the kitchen
