@@msdkrbiz7021 hi, Ami dano sterilised cream use kori. And nah, Amar Mone hoy na nut use na korle bhalo hobe. Methi adds nice flavour but na holeo cholbe I guess
I tried this recipe a few times and added a little personal touch to it. Before pouring in the tomato puree I add a mixture of mustard oil and butter in the kadai on a low flame and temper it with a teaspoon of whole mustard seeds without letting it burn. Then, I follow the recipe as indicated here and add in the puree and the following items. I also noticed that avoiding the cashew nuts is better. Instead, I add half a cup more of milk cream for the creamy texture. For a richer desi flavour, I prefer frying my chicken in a mixture of mustard oil and butter too. Adds great flavour and cooks just like a real tandoor. Hope these suggestions help some of you there. For additional flavour add a handful of kasuri methi and give it a light stir. And, don't forget to add loads of coriander leaves on top while still piping hot!
