Great inspiration, I really liked seeing the food that you are preparing and when you showed your lunch (I have walked by the protein bar section at Trader Joe's and have wondered which bar would be good, I will have to try the one that you featured in your video)! Love your review style - you are entertaining to watch. Amazing - How do you read AND walk on the treadmill? That's a talent unto itself! I've tried the stationery bike, but never the treadmill -- you are an inspiration, maybe I'll try that! Love your decorating style - we have similar taste in design. Great choice to shorten the nails, you had an instant status upgrade... that was a major transformation! I'm a makeup artist and I would recommend to lighten your foundation/base makeup - to match your neck. Go in to a department store, have a makeup artist match the color of your neck -- get a sample of that color. Find the color in your favorite foundation formula. It will make a big difference in how you show up on the camera - and in person! If you want to add contour to the neck area, you can go a shade or two darker with powder, but I would definitely match your face foundation to your neck/chest color...that's a "red carpet" makeup artist recommendation that a lot of people don't know about, but will make a big difference. Congratulations on the bravery to remove your tattoos. I like some tattoos, but in most cases, I feel that tattoos complicate the fashion image. Yes, there are some people who CAN wear them, and it adds to the mystique of who they appear to be, but for the most part -- I don't think that most people can carry off that look. You appear more classic than the tattoo type. Your decorating style is very classic modern, so just looking at that -- I could see you without the tattoos, more than with them. im a huuuge fantasy/paranormal romance girlie (twilight 4everrr) and even i agree… i do not understand the Bride hype. the world building was veryyyyy shaky and i felt NO chemistry.😭 i gave it a 2.75 star when i read the ARC in January and was shocked when it released to see all the positive reviews.
I just came across your channel. Penn Cole's books just came out in special edition hardcovers of the Kindred's Curse Saga under Atria Books. There are four books in the series. I think you are right that they originally came out under self publishing.
I went into bride with low expectations and so was so presently surprised ahahaha. Like I expected no worldbuilding and no-sense fantasy but enjoyed the banter! Spark series made it into my top romantasy in my booksta round up which was a surprise too! But caveat with I don’t read tons of romantasy!

I love Bride! And I love high fantasy …which Bride isn’t. Paranormal romance I think it’s called. This was the first romance I ever read. So looking forward to book 2 that comes out next year I think Ali said.

Tattoo removal sounds beyond brutal...ugh! As for books, I'm sad my romance era seems to have completely left me (it was intense in 2020-2021, but abruptly stopped for some reason). That to say, I read Ali Hazelwood's first book The Love Hypothesis a few months ago and knew it was objectively good, but felt nothing. So I'm not even attempting Bride! Megan O'Keefe is a new to me author, she sounds fantastic 🙂
As a non-romance girly I appreciate your honesty on Bride. I legitimately was almost convinced to read it by the hype...but still through the library so I could DNF easily. now I know not to waste the reading time. 🧛♂🐺 Also your home gym clips are so motivating to me to just hop on my home stationary bike. ♥
