yes, you can kill 7.3 build with stalker jacket or hellion jacket easily as long as you unlock Fire Artillery and the opponent don't swap to reflect jacket skill. hehe
@@nikolaskauf In solo mist a scene when a player kills another player or in the middle of a fight, if a 3rd party comes in and dismount on your screen or as long their name tags is in your screen gets a 15 second cooldown. This balances the Anti Rats system. 5 sec is too short.
