I barely do 20m per day not because I die but because of NA server are near dead, he plays on NA too so I know very well this is impossible. Put a gear and try to find decent players in the mists and you will see.

when you change the items it has like 15 sec cd, if you get dismounted before the timer ends it'll be on cd
