Never sipped real lean cause I don’t even live in the states but I’ve sipped a 250ml bottle of robitussin (cough syrup with dxm instead of codeine and promethazine, meant to feel similar) and lemme just say yeah it’s not no light shit lol, after I finished the bottle I felt my breathing start slowing up(hella menthol in robitussin too so it just felt real weird on my lungs) lotta shit happened but at the peak of my high I literally started shaking uncontrollably and Teed the fuck up while all I could say was “it’s happening😧” and it felt like I busted a brain nut, i was high for like 24hrs but the last 12 were pretty light I just couldn’t sleep, but ong for the next 4-5 days that shit was all I could think about, there’s a lot more health risks associated with robitussin than lean, such as heart attacks n shit but if it was real ak with less risks I’d probably still be sippin rn which is the scary part, I only been that high once in my life before and that was when I got put to sleep with ketamine for surgery when I was 3😂 I’d say it’s more than triple the strength of shit like psychedelics, molly, xans and alotta ppl just straight up aren’t ready for it, you gotta REALLY like getting fucked up to be fw lean, I just see it as a healthier alternative to heroin(never done heroin) but it is definitely the same strength and grasp on your mind, mfs just started posting lean next to weed on the gram and in music around 2014(ofc mfs knew about it before that but that’s when it blew up online) so ppl just grouped it in with weed and assumed it was on some chill shit when it’s actually fuckin crazy lmao

Believe it or not, that lean shit, drug shit etc will slowly kill you without you even knowing. You'll wake up one morning and your body / heart will feel all fucked up and end up in the ER to find out your heart, liver, kidneys are failing. I know this personally I've seen it happen to someone close to me & they are now slowly recovering from being in the hospital for a month.
