I gotta question? When people talk about syrup or "drank" does it have Vicodin or Percocet in it? I get that it has codine but that doesn't fuck you up. So does "Drank" have any opiates in it basically. Because if they drinking just plan ol promethazine and codine wtf is the point. Ive been prescribed promethazine but for fucking nausea because the morphine i was also prescribed(i had a bad flu) was making me wanna puke when i took it. So if it doesn't have any perc or vic in it whats the point of drinking it? And if it does have opiates in it then isn't it just the pain medication part of the syrup what there addicted to?
Codeine is an opiate, it will feel pretty close to hydrocodone or percs or whatever you're on. Promethazine is a histamine that doesn't get you high but many people claim that it enhances the high of the codeine. Basically everything in lean is bullshit besides the codeine, that's what gets you high
