That way works too. Two different routes that will take you to the same destination. You should pick whichever is easiest for you to remember and visualize. This example simply shows what is going on in order to find the acreage. I do want to be clear that you will divide 640 by the number you get after multiplying the denominators together.

It is a nice shed with shingles and windows and siding, in the neighbor is being spiteful, complaining trying to get our shed torn down. Is there anything we can do the original homeowners that built it hard to know about zoning it is literally on a concrete slab.
