The scene contains highly detailed objects like modular elevations, metal constructions, containers, drills, fences, loader, and many more to build such a district. Most assets were built based on the photogrammetry technique and properly optimized and hand-tweaked to work in real-time scenes on UE4 and UE5.

Can't help but get the vibes Fallout meets the Backrooms. Assets and level are gorgeous, but there is an uncanniness to its overall layout, which gives it that Backrooms feel.
