If people got s1 or more investment on ratio its not that worth to pull feixiao, or just e0 feixiao with ratio LC
Ratio is the best free character that Hoyoverse made it. Functions with F2P team, functions well with nearly all supports of the game, only have the bad bon signature LCs options but this is Hoy fault making everything so useless, getting his Lightcone is maybe a 2x power increases

Not to mention that she is one of the best users of DDD because she has her ult up when you start battle. I was able to 0 cycle with my E0S0 Feixiao while running March E6 with her (3700 points in AS Stage 4). Her attack frequency is really nice and since feixiao attacks a lot too, she gains her enhanced basic attack pretty quickly, which gives her 100% action forward and allows her to clear out other enemies. Her shifu buffs gives Feixiao speed, crit damage and break effect as well. Plus my favourite thing is the fact that she can also reduce toughness based on the Shifu's type (which would be so huge against enemies that don't have BOTH wind and imaginary weakness). That being said, I have Robin E0S1 and the action forward on her is pretty nice. Moze wouldn't be able to benefit from that unless he's out of his special state. All in all, I want to say that this is me *kinda* coping because I still don't have E2 Moze after spending 100+ pulls on her banner.

E2 moze is better in MOC while march hunt is better in AS against wind weak. But for overall use I'd say moze is much better, especially if you don't have robin. I don't have e2 moze either so I have to make do with march for now but we can expect to get him from future events

Welp in this game all dps’s are bound to get powercrept like Jingliu or DHIL which were hailed as the best dps at one point. Heck I’m slowly coming to terms that even my E2S1 Firefly may be unviable come say patch 4.0.
Right thing to do always e0s0 first to test waters with dps, maybe s1 if no decent lc like acheron's case. Then you feel how it goes with unfavorable stages/buff. Then upgrade if you feel the need for better damage or skip if there is better investment/powercreep
What team? If it involves robin, this immediately becomes moze e2 > pela e6 with pearl. If it's the tingyun gallagher comp, they should be about the same in performance assuming both are e6
