Hi! I need urgent help. I bought a new benzing m2, soft 1.9 ver. 2 antennas are connected, the clock sees both antennas in the system. System information tab: ✅Benzing m2 - Sw1.9 - Hw 4.0 14.5v. below the antenna: ✅12 field PLB Antenna -Sw 1.3, Hw2.1 (no data on supply voltage) ✅12 field PLB Antenna -Sw 1.5, Hw2.0 (no data on supply voltage). When birds pass the antenna one at a time, everything is fine, when 4-5 or more birds land at once, the error "antenna is lost" appears on the screen and until the clock is reset, the error remains. The watch is connected by a power supply from the kit, the antennas are without additional power.
Siegel pigeon supply in Louisiana. Must call them to order a clock, cannot be be done on line as per their policy. They are only authorized dealer in US. You may find a used one on eBay or Facebook marketplace.
