We are visiting Seychelles next month. Which phone company can you recommend? We need to buy a SIM card? For cash ATM cash withdrawals, can we use mastercard? How much do they charge for a fee?
There are only 2 companies. Both the same quality. Choose one which is cheaper.

Меняли в аэропорту и в Виктории в супермаркете (спорт магазин индусский). Везде был курс одинаковый.
