@@space4166 actually, Kingsley is one of the only historical operators ironically enough. He's based off of a black British paratrooper called Sidney Cornell who led a good offensive at Market Garden but sadly didn't survive. This depiction of him is shit and I'm sure he'd be insulted by it

Daniel Takeyatsu's intro was so enjoyable and believable, considering how the 442nd Regimental Combat Team of WW2 was really a tough unit of Japanese-Americans, and the most decorated of them all.
Though as a Filipino I can be a bit biased, it's good, but I still cringe on Isabella Reyes' intro. Sure there are stories of Filipino women so relentless against the Japanese, Isabella's portrayal feels so over the top.
You can apply the latter's depiction on Polina Petrova as well. Lyudmila's rolling in the grave right now.

The fun of playing a Call of Duty game from WWII is that you can be on both sides, but in Vanguard the characters are only from the allies, there is not a german officer who is pure evil.

The only good one was the Japanese Samurai, and then the tanker at 14:02 was pretty decent.. not too bad.

There were no Tigers in these intros..Those are Panzer IV's and armed with 75mm I believe..
Also idk why Isabella's fighting Nazis..She's from South East Asia, Philippine Islands..Still those are sick bolo moves and Arnis stick
it really depends on the sherman but it was a panzer 4 with extra armor
In the final one there is a detail, the Sherman was a Calliope variant, it had a Gun simmilar to the Tiger, so It could pierce ts armor, , for the rest, ye you hit the nail

Honestly, I didn't mind these characters. I actually liked them. But they are still incomparable to that of Price, Roze, Ghost, Soap, Woods, Adler, Park and so on.

To be honest, I can forgive all that if we just had actual diversity in choosing our operators. Why can't we have a SS-Charlemagne soldier defending the Reichstag, or a Spanish Blue Division soldier hunting down Soviet patrols or a Japanese operator that is NOT a turn coat cut down American GIs?

sledgetrashmmer games would have saved time and money by not making unnecessary poorly done cinematics for forgettable operators who are not up to the mark of being memorable like Price, Soap, Ghost, Reznov, Woods and Mason, without silly cinematics they would have minimally fixed this horrible game
