Okay, let me get this right, the city is helping assistance with Assessments for the rich with their Multimillion Dollar Condos assessment fees but not following through with their commitment to the poor and needy with the health care they already promised???Something is not right here!

Forced is an adjective, “obtained or imposed by coercion or physical power”. That being said how can the city force anyone to live anywhere. These citizens were able to pick up their bags and leave at anytime. They choose to live there.
