Hoboken, just across the Hudson River from Manhattan, is in New Jersey. Washington Street is the “Main Street” and Central Business District for the City of Hoboken. It is the hippest street in town featuring beautiful historic buildings with a very pleasant walking environment, and many appealing places to dine and shop. It was designated as one of the top 10 Great Streets in America by the American Planning Association.

Hoboken Is All Gentrified And Is Ironic How They Wave The Puerto Rican Flag In The City Hall When All The Puerto Ricans Were Forced To Move Out. I Was Homeless There For Like Thirty Years. Now The Entire Population Is Made Out Of Young White Hyper-Hedonistic Professionals. I Still Don’t Know How They All Got To Hoboken. They Made It An Expensive Safe Heaven For Whites Cause They’re The Only Ones That Can Afford It. Is A Playground For Them And Is Now Expanding Through The Neighboring Towns. Real Estate Is A Big Raket In Hoboken Run By The Italians, The Irish, And The Polish. They Had A Thing About Burning Properties To Collect Insurance And Sell To Developers Who Built And Cranked The Value. You Got Apartments In Hoboken With A Million Dollars Price Tag.
