Today I'm addressing 6 common mistakes that I see Etsy sellers making over and over again that hurt your chances of making that sale!

I am just setting up an Etsy shop and this class was very helpful to me. I plan on watching many of your videos. This is already the end of June 2022 so I have missed the earlier classes. I'm hoping you repeat some of them. Thank you for sharing all this information.

Spot on about underpricing. Photo quality and prices are by far the most effective methods to convey quality. Good video!

i just got off shopping on etsy & just came here to say its annoying when your looking to buy vintage items, you have to go thru pages & pages of digital reproductions. they should have an option where you can choose non digital selections.
i dont want a piece of paper & i dont have the time to scan thru all the digitals.
i want the original vintage item. im sticking with ebay & brick & mortar shops.

I didn’t see the link to the pricing video. Did I miss it? Thanks for your videos!

A card would have popped up on screen when I was talking about it, but you can find it here: th-cam.com/video/dQ5bD7wXMog/w-d-xo.html

Hi Jess. Thank you so much for the informative video! i was wondering what a reasonable amount of items would be for a jewelry shop (semi-precious gemstone jewelry)?

Again, I think it's great if you can at least fill up that first page on Etsy, so your shop looks 'full', but this won't work for everyone.

Thank you for these helpful reminders! Jess, I found the "Set Up Shop" ebook on my computer dated 2015. But I want to participate in it properly this time. Do I need to register for the upcoming February 2022 program?

Hello from the USA! 😀 Great and informative video as always! My question is about product photography. I’m dealing with an iPhone SE (yes - I know - ancient!) and would like to get a good actual camera for photographing products. There are too many choices out there! 😩 Do you have anything you recommend? Thank you for your consideration! 😀

Well, I have a Canon M50, which I use for my videos and for my product photos these days. It's a great camera, and you can switch out lenses if you want to do macro photography.

Thank you so much! Is there a version to it? I looked up canon m50 and see that there is a mirrorless or a mark II with about a US$ 600 range difference in price. Is there one that you think is better? Sorry for so many questions - I just don’t want to make the wrong choice with such a big investment just starting out! Thanks again! 😀

@@lovelyletter7460 I have the M50, not the Mark II, but unless you want to livestream to youtube with it, I don't think there are any major differences? If you google you'll find plenty of comparison sites. :)
